First cycle progress (TestE 440 / dbol 20)

This is my first cylce ever.After reading alot online,I decided that simple low dose test/dbol cycle would get the job done for me at this point.Peoples reports and results posted on elitefitness and other forums gave me alot knowledge and motivation,so I decided to return the favour and post my experiences.

Cycle:
440mg Test E/week (250mg injection every forth day) for 10
weeks.
20mg dbol/ day first thing in the morning For 7 weeks.

At the moment I still have two weeks of test to go so hopefully this is just progress update and not final result.

Pre-cycle stats:
Height: 195cm / 6foot5
Weight: 95kg / 209pounds
Age: 21
BF:17%

8th week progress:
Weight: 107kg / 236 pounds
BF:17%

Experience:Ive started lifting 6 months ago for the first time.I was going to go natural for a year or more before getting on gear but I thought why not sooner if Im going to get on gear a one point for sure.Could I do this naturally? Probably in a year,year and a half,so do I regret anything? Hell no.

Diet:5000-6000 calories,370gr of protein,200-400gr of carbs,100-160gr of fat.
My diet was pretty simple:oatmeal and eggs/egg whites in the morning.
chicken breast with vegetables and yogurt in 3 meals later and apples,bananas,peanut and pumpkin seeds as snacks.

Suplements: None for the first 8 weeks,Ive started creating loading 2 days ago and got 4,5kg whey this morning so I hope this will boost my results in next two weeks.My final goal was 110kg(242 pounds) so I could cut to 8-10% bf without going below 100kg(220 pounds).At this point I dont think this is likely to happen but Im satisfied with my results.

Training: I was training 4-6 days a week for 1,5-2 hours as I take my time to rest between sets.I started doing chest/biceps,back/triceps, shoulders/abs,legs and then changed to shoulders/triceps and started doing abs more frequently.

Injecting:This was my first injecting ever so I was a little anxious but once I got the hold of it,I loved the feeling of injecting.I was injectiong into upper-right part of leg musle (I dont the exact name) I have quite a bit of meat there so it was hard to miss.

Plans for next cycle:Im going to take my time to cut after this,but when the time for my next cycle comes,I think I will keep it simple still and run slightly higher dose of test 550/600mg a week and double dbol dose to 40mg a day,maybe 50.Tell me what you think.

To my fellow newbies:If you have anyquestions,I will be glad to answer.

First off, we don't give advice to anyone under 21.
 
You just started lifting, you probably don't have a good routine for workouts and you will lose all your gains due to improper diet and improper workouts. Don't do a cycle 6 months of working out is nothing...
 
If I asked if I should go on cycle or not before I did you would probably say something like "Dont do it you wont be able to gain anything without natty base",Now that I have gained you say I wount be able to keep it.Both my workouts and my diet are pretty good and I will keep it that way after my cycle is over so your argument is pretty shitty.Of course I will lose some of it when the water comes off but I think I will be able to keep the rest with my normal test levels.
 
You just started working out bro, your "21" your test is high enough learn to eat before dumping 600 dollars down the drain. You have a shitty set up of a cycle how do you like that answer? 500mg of test for your first cycle? Lol plus dbol another lol better get your blood test before you cycle so when you fuck up you can come crying for help. You started lifting 6 months ago. That's like you just had sex for the first time and you wanna go buy a sex swing and all these dildos to spice things up! Think about it bro your probably so new when you work out your sore for days after un able to move. Do not get an attitude with me. Other people will see it and refuse to help you for doing that. Not to mention your bf is to high and your only 209 pounds lol your like all bones bro just eat more
 
Who said I spend 600 dollars?Any why would I go for higher dose of dbol if ,at this point I can have great effect at 20mg.
Btw I saw your progress and you were 18% bf at 180 pounds and you look pretty shitty,so It must be trolling pretty hard here.I guess it too much for you so you have to come here to get atleast some confidence from trolling others.

You cannot get offended to the feedback on your post. These people are actually taking the time to let you know that in their opinion, what you are doing is wrong - I agree with them on this. You have failed to mention what support sups you are taking and I can't recall seeing a PCT either. Another reason that so many people will give you negative feedback is because at your age, you are still developing and have a huge amount of natural test in your body wanting to be used, so why shut it down. So many people your age also disregard the importance of having a good diet. I read on so many posts that peoples diets are good, but they are "hard gainers" or whatever, but they fail to mention in detail what their diet is actually like. The answer is, if you want to be 120kgs, then eat like someone who is 120kgs. You cannot grow if eat the same today as you were when you were 90kgs. Eat some steak and vegetables and add a couple of protein shakes (a day) to your routine. If you are not eating properly or enough, then using aas is a temporary fix and once you finish your cycle all the effort and time spent in the gym will be wasted.

My advice is to record your food intake over 2 weeks, then post it up and ask for feedback - put in your goals and info about training so that these guys can assist. Then follow their advice for 6 months and record your results. You are 6 '5, hell man you can be huge, but you have got to get a better understanding of your body, how to fuel it, supplements and more time in the gym before you go the aas route.
 
It is not that I got offender but his opinion,He was just mindlessly trolling.He didnt have anything smart to say just "a big lol".Besides when I asked for advices I asked for advices from experienced people,not beginers like him and he still comes here and trolls me.Although you dont agree with me I appreciate your opinion becouse you took time to write what you think is wrong.Well I havent taken any liver suprot for such a low dosage of dbol.My pct is going to be both nolva and clomid for two weeks and I will start it 2 weeks after last injection.And I think my diet is pretty ok too,as I said I was eating 6k calories,400gr of protein medium carbs and medium fats,what do you think about that?

You have 7 inches on me and I am heavier than you with half your body fat %

You are too young, too skinny, and have no muscle.

You need to diet and train right for a few years before evnn thinking about using steroids. You look like shit right now and steroids won't magically change that.
 
Well if you are really 178cm tall and more then 107kg and you are satisfied with how you look,Im really happy for you,if you are not,you wouldnt be the first one to lie about it on the internet.I aprreciate your opinion but dont think I will take your advice.
 
I'm 5'10'' 211 at single digit bf% and have posted numerous pictures, videos, and lifting tutorials on this site as well as about 5 others that I frequent, and also know and have met and hung out with several people from this forum in real life. One of my best friends in real life is a moderator here.

the main problem you are gonna encounter is injuries due to lack of conditioning. this is something that will creep up on you and its gonna be a pain in the ass. i'm talking soft tissue issues.

the long term problem is you never worked out without steroids so its gonna be impossible for you to make gains without them from here on out. so you are gonna basically be trapped into depending on them.

Okay you are 211 pounds,thats still 24 pounds behind me (not ahead as you said) but considering the height thats the type of physique Im aiming for,so If you had something smart to say,I would have appreciated your opinion, even if you disagreed with me.

@stevesmi: That is actually the first real advice here,so thanks for pointing that out.For now I havent had any injuries but if I continued progressing on my lifts this rapid,thats pretty much what would happen at one point.I was thinking about earlier today and decided to take my time to adjust,so I will probably wait 8 months to a year before going on a cycle again.
And about gaining naturally,unless I fuck up my natural test real bad,I dont see a reason why I wouldnt be able to gain naturally up to the point where I have reached my natural potential,the thing is I have gained 12kg,so my natural potential couldnt be far from here.My aim is to be 100kg at single digit bf% and to be honest I thought it would take two cycles.My goal was never to be a tank.
 
I never push myself over the limit and I try to do everything with proper form.You can never be sure but avoiding injuries is my main goal.
 
You were 209 pounds before you started, that's a bean pole at your height.

You won't keep the water gains you think is muscle when you come off.
 
Who the hell said I was a beginner and who is 55 pounds lighter than you. Quit trolling and get to the gym kid and get a good base before getting on juice.... And yes that is real advice
 
Well Now I am 236 pounds,I I gain 6 more pound and lose that much water when I come off,I will again be on my current wheight.
So there is not point of mentioning my weight before I started.
And you are talking like im double of your height,mate Im just 10% taller then you...That means I would have to be 227pounds at your bf or about 244 pounds with my bf.Thats me in 6 months of natty training,is that what hurts you butt the most?It probably took you years.
