First Cycle Please Help

Your test should be higher than the deca.You should visit the diet forum to see what a real diet looks like.A bagel and peanut butter is not what you need for breakfast.You need some egg whites,chicken breast,lean beef,turkey breast just to get you started.You need to do some good research on the diet board before you start a cycle.
 
I would run the sus at 500 mg a week and keep the Deca at 400 mg a week. Make sure you have clomid for the end of you cycle before you start or you will screw yourself out of all your gains. But before you do anything loose the beer gut doing cardio and then start you cycle. trust me you will be much happier with the results.
 
thanks for all the imput fellas..i think im going to run a cycle of sus for 5 weeks doing 250mg on monday and 250mg on friday then 400mg of deca on monday...feedback???

also im going to eat like mad and run in the mornings.

and cardo in the AM or when im at the gym?
You need to get ur diet in check first!
 
dude you are 150# and you havent been to a gym in ages. Yet you are going to shoot nearly a gram of gear per week. I would advise against it (refer to big crackers post). However, since you already have your gear and your mind is made up...best of luck to you.

Eating like mad won"t get rid of the ab fat.That cycle won't do much without the proper diet and training. Why are you in such a rush to do this cycle?

I love it when newbies ask for help and then do what they want to anyway. It reminds me of the new guy in the gym that ignores the gym vets advice to do heavy bench presses and flys for pec development by avoiding those exercises completely and doing cable cross overs and pec dec flys instead. I love how they're so confident in their own knowledge that they think they're going to re-invent the wheel by blatantly ignoring experienced lifter's advice. It's almost like they think they're Neo from the Matrix. As if they're the chosen one that's going to revolutionize the sport of bodybuilding with their own trial and error because they have been chosen by a greater power to do so. WTF?

And bro, what about the deca in the Sustanon you're not accounting for in your 400 mg/wk of deca dosage? Did you even know Sustanon contains deca? If you did, you'd realize that you'd actually be taking more deca than test per week-which is a no-no in my book. But what do I know? I'm 6ft and 290 lbs and wear 36 inch waist jeans. I'm not pro, nor do I have the desire to compete any longer, but when I was competing I held ciity, state, and regional bodybuilding titles. Plus I've only been bodybuilding for 20 yrs or so . Therefore your past dabblings in the gym have provided you with infinite wisdom you could never acquire from a shmuk like myself. In fact, maybe you could start your own msg boards to teach us how to not listen to others with more knowledge and real life BB experiences to share?

Srry for the sarcasm, but I watched Dennis Miller the other night and he alwys brings out the dick in me.
 
Hitting the gym,doing your cardio and getting your diet right is the best advice I can give to you. Gear is not a free pass to be half-assed in your efforts. Lots of luck to ya
 
in not looking for it to be a free pass to do anything...i plan on working hard and dedicating myself to keeping my body in good shape during and after i run the cycle.. next summer i plan on climbing "the nose" of el cap and i need to be in tip top shape for that...so trust me i know what to i have to do.

anyone have advise on QV Deca 400 from IP and IP Sust 250...im starting hearing bad things??
