Ok after reading, asking and planing about gear, nutrition, excercise, suplementation and resting time it came down to this, even though this is not the final plan but i do want some feedback to it so i can make it better. This will be my first cycle and i will begin to workout for a mont or so before i start taking the gear with weights and cardio, this is the plan, any help will be apreciated:
Excercise routine:
*weights 3 times a Wk 40-60min (mon-wed-fri)
*swiming 3 times a Wk 15-20min after weights (mon-wed-fri)
*yoga 2 times a Wk 60min (Tue-thur)
*Running 3 Times Wk 15-20 min (tue-thur-sun)
With this i have a training log to monitor my advance and a routine involving all the muscle groups for weight training.
Suplementation:
*Protein shake 3 times a day ED
*Multivitamins 1-3 times a day ED
*BCAAS 3 times a day ED
*HMB 500/1000mg ED
*Tribulus Terrestris 500mg 2 times a day ED (sex drive)
*Horny Goat Weed 500mg 2 times a day ED (Sex drive)
*MACA 500mg 2 times ED (Sex drive)
*L-Glutamine 750mg ED
*Calcium 3 times a day ED
Suplementation will go on during cycle, on PCT and after to maintain gains.
Diet:
Diet Based on a high protein, medium calories, carbs, some healthy fats, minerals and vitamis, for this i purchase nutritional books, recipe books and some experienced advice from gear users.
10 Wk cycle (with the option to 12Wk depending on results and how i feel):
*Blood test
*Wk 1-10 Deca 300mg Every Wk
*Wk 1-10 Test 250/500mg Every Wk
*Wk 1-10 Nolva 10mg 2 times a day ED
PCT:
*HCG 1000/2500 i.u. 1 Wk after last injection 500 i.u. every mon-wed-fri for four weeks.
*Nolva 10mg 3 times a day ED for 8 Wks
*Tribulus Terrestris 500mg 2 times a day ED for 8 Wks
*Horny goat Weed 500mg 2 times a day Ed for 8 Wks
*Maca 500mg 2 times a day ED for 8 Wks
*Avena Sativa 8 Wks
*Blood test
Monitoring Advance before, during and after cycle:
*Blood preasure every Wk
*Body Fat levels every Wk
*pictures Every Wk
*diary on the effects of the gear (how it make me feel, workout etc)
Rest:
*Sleep 8 hours
*30min nap ED
Just in case I will have in hand:
*Clomid (anti estrogen)
*Valium or some kind of benzo(mood balancer)
*Nizoral 1% (hair loss prevention)
*Finasteride or dutasteride
*Clen (cutting fat)
Any advice about this or any improvement is welcome.
