All, I'm finishing a cut and want to do my first cycle for my birthday this winter. Been lifting for almost 14 years. My diet and workout is in check. I'm going to do the basic first cycle of Sust with bi-weekly shots of 250 for 10 weeks.
If I get enough cals can I get 20 pounds of muscle out of this? Hoping for two pounds cleanly each week. Is that possible? Should I shoot for 1.5 per week? I don't want to get too fat. Used to be the "fat kid".
Currently 5'11 weighing in about 203 with mid teen bf%. Would be around 10bf% when I start.
I'm very confused about PCT. Everyone I ask gives me completely different suggestions so I thought I'd ask you guys and hopefully I can find a pattern. I currently have clomid, nolva, and arimidex, but I can get anything else and won't be starting until I have everything I need.
How long after the last injection do I start PCT. I've heard one week.
Also, I already did my bloodwork so I know where my base level is at and my doc knows what I'm going to be doing so I plan on going back two weeks after PCT is done to get it checked out again.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
