First Cycle - PCT Advice

I getting ready for my first cycle and am looking for advice on how much PCT to run ED?

I'm looking at the following:

Weeks 1-12: Test Cyp
Weeks 4-14: HCG
Weeks 16-20: Nolva

I have have seen various suggestions on running PCT at 40/40/20/20 or 20/20/20/20. Is one more appropriate for a test only cycle?

Also, I'm taking the following supps ED throughout:

Anavite
Fish Oil
Glucosamine

My goals are to gain some increased strength and muscle mass.

My stats:

Age - 35
Weight - 180
BF - 17%

Based on the calculations I ran online, I beleive I' supposed to target the following:

Protein - 150 grams daily
Calories - 2300 daily
Carbs - 200 daily

Any advice is greatly appricated.
 
bro nolva is not pct period... its not going to help you recover at all... your pct is... well... not a pct...

you can run a low dose of clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 also use the unleashed/post cycle combo

your body fat is really too high to be running any aas cycle right now... you should get that down before you start your cycle...

2300 calories a day and you want to gain size?? that's straight cutting and weight loss calories man... your not going to gain size like that at all... your protein intake is very low as well... thats not even a gram per pound of body weight... im not sure how you calculated this to gain size, but the calculations are WAY off...
