First Cycle & Other Stuff

I've been lifting for only a couple months and wanted to try a "curiosity" cycle.

This is what I want to do to start out:

250 mg/week Sustanon
20 mg D-bol/day split up throughout the day

I'm 27, 5'11" tall ,weighing around 256 (down from 320+) and usually lift upper body every other day, and lower body on the remaining days. My workout consists of 3-5 moderate to heavy sets, increasing weight as I go along. I also do 30-60 mins of cardio everyday as well, even on my off days.

Can I expect decent gains on this cycle if my diet and rest cycles are maintained? What about my BF? Will it continue to decrease whle using the gear? I know that I should probably hold off on the gear but I just want to give it a try.

I've always been a big guy and remember in my younger days people said I was blessed with a "barrel" chest - whatever that is...hehe..anyways, I worked for a .COM company for the last 5 years and they finally kicked me out....the desk job didn't do me any good as my weight skyrocketed.

Another very stupid question (my apologies) - When injecting the Sust, do I inject it all at once or spread the 250 through the week? Might be a matter of personal preference I suppose.

i would say u should prolly train for a while until ur body is more used to it but ur prolly not gonna listen to me about that. and yes inject it all at once unless u wanna inject 1/2 a cc twice a week but i dont see that as being necessary. looks like a pretty good cycle but i dont think i would even throw in the d-bol if i was u. it would def be a lot smarter to figure out how ur body reacts to juice before stacking. its too soon for orals anyways and u could def get tremendous gains off a test only cycle. but most important i would say u should go do some more research before u put anything in ur body cause it jsut doesnt sound like ur too sure of wat to do. if u decide to do it just do it right and good luck to u
 
You would inject the whole ml. at aonce, but I think you should wait. You have not even begun to to get to where you can naturally. Look at how good your progress has been without it, why not atleast wait until that stops. Also it sounds like you are cutting away weight (which dbol and sust. are not greatly known for, as they tend to cause alot of water weight---which of course can be taken care of). I would like to see you keep at it naturally for some time, the juice is always available later on.
