BF 10-12(can easily get to 10 in a week or so now that I can work out again. Was worried about doing cardio w/o lifiting and eating.
I injured my ulnar nerve and wrist so have been laying off lifting for a bit. It's frustrating to see what I worked so hard for go away. Been lifting about 4 years, 6x a week the past 2. Diet is clean with the occasional cheat. I pretty much only eat eggs, egg whites, brown rice, greens(lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, spinach), avocado, organic peanut butter, salsa, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, beans, chicken, fish,lean ground beef, oats, and potatoes(both kinds).
My background with PH is helladrol. Ran a cycle with proper support(liver etc) and pct(nolv). Maintained most gains(got to 185 cut back down 6-8 lbs to about after catching the flu). Noticed almost no sides.
Since I can get back into it now I'm looking for a cycle to stay hard, lean, cut some bf, and possibly put on some weight. I'm going for more of a physique look. Not trying to get massive. Mainly stay lean year around. Goal is probably 8 percent BF and around 170.
Would something like test e 250/wk, and tren a(heard more efficient..not sure of dose)..with arim/arom on cycle and clomid pct be something to look into? Maybe some winny during the cycle as well? Again I'm new at all this so any info is appreciated. I do have a budget though. Thanks.
