First cycle of dbol....help/advice??

Hey guys, im just starting my first cycle of dbol and was hoping for any advice that more experienced people can offer. Iv been training now for two and a half years, im 6ft 3 and weigh 81kg. I had some good gains over the first two years but have hit a barrier and now have decided to try a cycle of dbol. I already have a healthy diet, and im on 4000 calories a day, as i do a lot of cardio with training in martial arts. I have 15mg tabs and iv been advised by a friend who is on his third cycle to run a 6 week cycle with 3 tabs a day for the first two weeks and 4 a day there after, followed by a two week cycle of pct using nolvadex. I am also using milk thistle. However from what i hve read a 4 week cycle would be safer, with three weeks pct?? Can any one advise me on this? Also should i be using some form of aromatose inhibitor while on dbol?? Please dont take me for an idiot, i have spent a lot of time researching this, and im not taking my decision to run a cycle of dbol lightly. I train hard, eat healthily and i dont smoke or drink. Im dedicated to my training 110%. Any advice people can offer for a first timer would be much appreciated! Thanks!
 
Dbol is a good choice to gain weight. Others may differ of course! Tbol is even better than dbol. I use both. i have about 1,000 tabs of tbol and 400 or so of dbol. i use them when my injectables are depeted.

Your friend is an idiot first of all, you stated you have 15mg tabs and you want to take them for 6 weeks, 3 weeks of 3 tabs (45mg a day) then the last 3 weeks (55mg a day) is WAYYYY to many mg for a first cycle. Also you are 6,3 and only weight 173lbs or 81kg which is nothing for a 6'3 frame. What does your diet really look like because you should be able to gain alot more weight at 4,000 cals a day, theres no way man something is up. Also your research was not right because you are still looking for answers like an AI, and don't even know mg to take. My advise is, put the Dbol away, train in a different way and mix it up. Eat right and get yourself up to about 210 lbs natty before you cycle, believe me, you will not regret it and thank me later when you understand why a amazing foundation is the key to a great body and AAS cycling.
 
Thanks for responding, i really appreciate it! Im 22yrs old. I am on 4000 calories a day, and trying to spread it between 6 meals, a lot of rice, porridge, fruit, veg, red meat, shakes etc. But i train 5 times a week in MMA and once a week in karate, and my metabolism is already exteemely good, so im really not seeing any gains any more. I am aware that my research could well be wrong, but the issue is every source suggests a different dosage and cycle, ehat would you guys advise for a first time? 'The compound' thanks for such an in depth response, and i thought my friend was talking shit, and thats the reason i came on here for further advise, if i do decide to carry on with my cycle, what dosage would you recomend?

Everyone started somewhere, so any further advice would be much appreciated. And how about the use of an inhibitor?

30mg Dbol per day is Plenty, and if you can get it Forma Stanazol is good for bloat and the rest can be used along with unleashed for PCT.
 
Bro your 178 Lbs at 6'3". You my friend are skinny. Not being a turd to you bro just telling you the truth.
Your frame is not ready for any AAS yet.
For martial arts I know that you dont wanna be big and bulky and thats fine but there is still a hell of a lot you can do less the drugs.

For your weight training go to not more then 3x/week. Check out Strong Lifts 5x5. For you and what I guess your goals to be that would be an excellent program.
Cut your cardio to the minimum that you need for your MA.
Daily have 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight...mostly in real food not shakes!
There is no drug that is as anabolic as real food and no shakes either.
