Hey guys, im just starting my first cycle of dbol and was hoping for any advice that more experienced people can offer. Iv been training now for two and a half years, im 6ft 3 and weigh 81kg. I had some good gains over the first two years but have hit a barrier and now have decided to try a cycle of dbol. I already have a healthy diet, and im on 4000 calories a day, as i do a lot of cardio with training in martial arts. I have 15mg tabs and iv been advised by a friend who is on his third cycle to run a 6 week cycle with 3 tabs a day for the first two weeks and 4 a day there after, followed by a two week cycle of pct using nolvadex. I am also using milk thistle. However from what i hve read a 4 week cycle would be safer, with three weeks pct?? Can any one advise me on this? Also should i be using some form of aromatose inhibitor while on dbol?? Please dont take me for an idiot, i have spent a lot of time researching this, and im not taking my decision to run a cycle of dbol lightly. I train hard, eat healthily and i dont smoke or drink. Im dedicated to my training 110%. Any advice people can offer for a first timer would be much appreciated! Thanks!
