First cycle/Noob

So I'm new to trying a cycle, I've been hitting the gym for two years and not seeing much for gains. I bought some gear from XXXX and am researching the best cycles for me.

I have bought:
Dianabol
Test Cyp
Deca

I eat 3 solid meals a day and add a high whey protein drink to my daily diet. I workout 4 days a week for 1.5 hours hitting my arms and chest twice and all other muscle groups on my other days. I've always been a skinny kid but now that I'm 30 I feel like I should have bulked up by now.

Suggestions?

your body fat is too high right now.. need to get that down.

how long have you been working out 4X per week?

where did u research that deca is a good first cycle?

you probably have shitty genetics but so do a lot of people.. i saw a skinny kid too all my life, if you kill it hard in the gym and eat good you can look good or at the very least have an athletic look.

if you truely want help i have 2 links in my signature below.. one for diet and one for a workout split. from what you wrote your diet and workouts definately need to be improved.

you started lifting late in life at 28 and you been at it for just 2 years.. thats not very long man.. thats like 6% of your life conditioning muscles which means the other 94% of the time you weren't.. so you need to build conditioning, but if you get on a better program now you can see good results. you won't be pleased jumping on steroids and keeping your current regime, your results will be substandard trust me and could end up looking WORSE after cycle and feeling worse
 
I'm upping my gym to 3 on 1 off and getting my diet healthier. Thanks for the diet info, running has been terrible but I'm going to get back to running my normal 3 miles.

As far as gear goes, I'm dead set on doing what I can to bulk up. Maybe just start on Test cyp and get used to that? The guy I've been talking to recommended 400mg Deca/wk 750mg Test cyp/wk Dianabol daily and Aro to offset gyno.
 
WAAAY too much whoever recommended that to you, and at your level you have plenty you can gain naturally. Steroids shouldn't even be an option yet for you bro. I know you don't want to hear that but no matter how bad you think your genetics are you can definitely still gain some muscle naturally, and get your body conditioned to training more.
 
Also, I was in the Corps for 5 years and did weight/cardio training 5 days a week. I'm just trying to get back to the lean-mean-fighting machine I was 10 years ago.
 
You need to have a solid base before using AAS if you want to get anything out of it. If you attempt to use gear to "get in shape" your results will be mixed at best.
 
Thank you guys, I'll continue/amp up my gym routines and hold off on the gear for a bit. Will it be okay to stash for awhile or should I get rid of it?
 
whoever told you to run that much gear you should never listen to again. i have never ran more than 900mg of gear a week and click on my profile and see what i look like.

less is better, and a good workout and diet is gonna dictate what you gain, not how much gear you take.

just follow my 2 links man and follow that.. don't be a weekend warrior, this is now your lifestyle so stick to it 7 days a week.. even if its not weights you still should walk, do something active, bicycle.. anything except sit and watch tv
 
Glad you reconsidered. It was a situation where you would either believe us now, or realize we were right after. Follow stevemi's links and write out a thorough plan for your workout, then post it in that section for tweaking. Do the same thing with your diet, and you will be on your way. Store your gear in a cool dark place. It will stay good for some time. Cheers
 
Texas Monster's Get Big Pancakes:

In Food Processor Mix:
2 cups raw oats,
10-12 egg whites
2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 banana
2 scoops whey protein

Cook on hot skillet and drizzle honey. For extra calories spread more peanut butter and nutella and top with strawberries mixed with non fat greek yogurt topping.

Makes 3-4 large pancakes.

This is the best bulking anabolic you will ever need right now :)

Texas Monster that is an awesome recipe which I will use for Sunday breakfast.
 
Another this that would help you is to keep a log of your workouts ,you'll be less likely to skimp on your workouts.
 
Jackattack I was having problems with gains and was lucky to get some good advice. It was to check my calorie, protein and carb intake daily. After monitoring it for about a week I was surprised to see the results and a trip to a sports nutritionist followed soon after. The Sports Nutritionist (3 appointments over 6 months) cost me $260 in total and I put on 5kgs of muscle in that time. So my advice is to get the basics sorted first before. The money I spent of a professional was a lot less than most cycles and now I have a frame that can handle all I can throw at it - 178cm 35yo 92.8kg and around 14%bf.
 
I feel you have too much fat to run a bulking cycle. My advice is to take a couple months and diet to get rid of that fat. You can use n2stim and n2burn to speed it up. Then once you get lean run a mild bulking cycle with test and dbol. Deca isn't for beginners and should be saved until you have experience.

I also use C4 before my workouts and have Aromasin for my cycle.
fuck ya! i was starting to think i was the only one who liked c4. That's a great trimming down aid. Make sure you take a break for a week or two in between containers. i get sick from time to time when i overload it.

You can still have it if you are cutting just back down the cals a little bit.

For the cutting recipe I would do:

10 egg whites
1 cup oats
1 banana
1 scoop whey protein

Cook on hot skillet then top with stevia. You could also opt out and switch the banana for another scoop of whey but when I cut I feel better if I have at least 1 piece of fruit a day to help digest all the protein I eat.
