FIRST CYCLE, need help from the big dogs

Here's my info

30 yrs old
I have been lifting off and on for 7-8 years but the last three consistantly
5' 9"
198 lbs
Body fat 15- 18%??? (wild guess)
Good diet-chicken, fish, beef, veggies, eggs, plenty of whey protein (I will be taking in at least 400 gms/day)
My goals are 8-12% bodyfat, gain 5-10 lbs muscle, bench increase from 295 to 315+, look good for the ladies, ability to keep gains, minimal sides

I am thinking 20-30 mgs of Var per day for 8-10 weeks. I will be taking creatine (as I assume since var is a phosphocreatine sort of thing it would be good) and NO2. I am thinking of adding EQ 200 mg/week (one shot/week as I've never done needles). When do I start what? I also have tennis elbow and its frustrating the hell out of me. I tried 3 weeks out of the gym and it came back. I've been told deca will help but I don't want the side effects for my first cycle. I've also been told EQ will help and I noticed sides are few for EQ. I'm so damn excited I feel like just starting but don't want to do it wrong or permanently injury my elbow. Can anyone help me?
 
Var/EQ sounds pretty cool, considering your goals.

EQ at doses below 400mg/week has been known to be useful for many.

I think something like:

Var 30mgs/day weeks 1-6
EQ 400mg/wk weeks 1-14
Test Enan or Cyp 300mg weeks 1-14

Test is for the libido. You WANT the to work, especially since "ladies" are part of your reason for the juice.

Would be GREAT for your goals
 
I play baseball and am going to do a Var only cycle for my first 30mg/day for 8 weeks with Cell-Tech and all the protein I can find...Looking for mainly strength gains a few extra lean lbs. Make sure you have a PCT inline..ie. Clomid or Nolvadex. This will help you keep the gains you made while on.

Thanks bro's. No one said anything bout the tennis elbow. Will the Var and EQ help or even mask the problem. I know Var is used in healing for burn victims so I have the hope that it will help the inflamation. I just don't want to start the Var and have the problem continue (spent way to much money-2 bottles of QV). I can work through the pain, just don't want to do any permanent damage. Can someone who has had this problem (and preferably beat it) give me your opinion? I am itching to get started.
Also, is it the general consensus of the board that I add Test Enan to the cycle? I have had a few friends tell me this, but don't want to have to take the Clomid or gain too much mass this cycle. TIA.

NO....IMHO this would be too much for a first cycle. Keep the dosages and variety low for this go around. I like the Var only for 8 weeks or preferably just Test alone for a first cycle. If you must, then throw in EQ at low dosage. I don't believe either will help your joint pain as much as Deca....but this should not be added to this cycle. See how your body reacts first and take it from there.

Worried about Clomid? This leads me to believe that your PCT is not planned yet.
 
Yes, although it is a low dose, I would play it safe .... better than being sorry. AAS are foreign testosterones that when introduced take over your body's natural test production. The goal of PCT is to not only reduce the predisposition to post cycle losses but to motivate your boys back in action. The quicker this happens, the sooner your body will be "back to normal". Good recovery is imperative to keeping the gains you worked so hard to achieve.

Please correct me if I'm wrong fellas.
 
If you have access to deca, I would through some in for the elbow. Deca is amazing for that purpose alone IMO.
Just 100-150mg/wk. You shouldn't have any sides from that dosage. I was thinking about doing the same because of my knees on my current cycle. Although, I made the toss-up decision to spend the money on more EQ.
