I second that, just do Enanthate instead of Cyp.

Just 100-150mg/wk. You shouldn't have any sides from that dosage. I was thinking about doing the same because of my knees on my current cycle. Although, I made the toss-up decision to spend the money on more EQ.

I agree 100% I've had 3 surgeries on my lt shoulder and the only time it doesn't hurt is when I'm deca. I'm on eq as we speak and won't be buying anymore anytime soon. I'm staying with the deca from now on. Good luck bro

This is your first cycle right? From what I've gathered by reading other first cycle posts is all you really need is one compund say Test enth @ 500mg per week for 10-12weeks with proper PCT. Correct me if im wrong guys.
 
Lots of folks favor a test only first cycle to evaluate your results/sides before stacking. That way if you add other gear later and there is a problem it will be easier to isolate/handle.

Body fat 15- 18%??? (wild guess)
Good diet-chicken, fish, beef, veggies, eggs, plenty of whey protein (I will be taking in at least 400 gms/day)

I am thinking 20-30 mgs of Var per day for 8-10 weeks. I will be taking creatine (as I assume since var is a phosphocreatine sort of thing it would be good) and NO2. I am thinking of adding EQ 200 mg/week (one shot/week as I've never done needles). When do I start what? I also have tennis elbow and its frustrating the hell out of me. I tried 3 weeks out of the gym and it came back. I've been told deca will help but I don't want the side effects for my first cycle. I've also been told EQ will help and I noticed sides are few for EQ. I'm so damn excited I feel like just starting but don't want to do it wrong or permanently injury my elbow. Can anyone help me?

About the tennis elbow:
Make sure you do really light warm ups set for all lifts involving the elbow. I don't know if you were already doing this? That can dramatically change my workouts alone. Yea deca is good on the joints, first cycle...wouldn't chance it bro. I agree with those that say run enatat or cyp only for a good 12 weeks. See what happens, then next cycle mix in a low dose of deca and you'll know how your body reacts to it. Always have plenty of Nolvadex on hand when using AAS
 
Bro, I think your 2 best options are 1.) Var@30-40mgs ED for 8 weeks Or, 2.) Test Enanthate@400-500mgs for 12 weeks with [email protected] EOD-ED to take care of any water retention you might receive. Also, if you're experiencing pain in your elbow that bad, I would use Deca@100-150mgs for weeks 1-8. The low dose won't kill you and will only help. That way you can be sure the Deca would out of your system when PCT starts at week 14.
 
Thanks to all for the recommendations. I think I will do Var at 20-30mgs day for 8 weeks. I've been told to take it ED but also to just take it all 2 hrs prior to workout. Any suggestions? Also, if I stick with the Var is PCT even necessary and exactly what, when and for how long? I've read that during short term use no suppression of GnRH was noted. After the Var cycle how long do I need to wait for next cycle? Next one will prob be Test Enan 300-400mg/week and EQ 300-400mg/week. As soon as my f**king elbow decides to heal I'm gonna start. I'll let you know how things go.

GO WITH THE VAR AT THAT DOSAGE , keep us posted on your results and progres, for PCT use standard nolvadex pct one day after your last intake of the var.
If you do 8 weeks, add some cholal or legalon, or liver detox to protect the liver, milk thistle , consume a lot of flax seed oil and lots of fiber, use the creatine, eat well, sleep at least 8 hours , train like a monster. U`ll get awesome results, just play it safe. go with the var and do standard nolva pct.
