First Cycle- Need Advice

I have my first cycle of Sustanon 250. I am planning on a 10 week cycle at 500 mg. per week. I plan on injecting on Mon. and Thurs. I do not have any anti-e's. Do I need them during cycle at this dosage or just for PCT? What is the risk of sides such as Gyno at this dose?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Also I know we cannot give source checks but tell me what I can expect from the recommended online pharmacies on this site. I see some are from India and that is of concern.

This being your 1st cycle and it being a base TEST cycle, a normal Nolva/Clomid 4 week PCT should be sufficient...

However it would be wise to have an AI on hand for estrogen related sides that might occur while on cycle...

AI are cheap and worth the peace of mind, b/c if some gyno flares up you will feel like a idiot for not having it on hand....

Running some HCG from weeks 4-11 @ 300iu's 2x/week would be good has well to aid in a quick recovery...

I have been lifting full time for about 6 years now. I have been a member of a professional fighting organization and am currently a sparring partner for a well-known mixed martial artist in the semi-pro arena. I am no stranger to the world of AAS but have never been in a position to concentrate on my own weight and goals.

To anser your question, my goal s to put on some mass. I have a diet plan in mind consisting of about 4,500 cal. per day.

I do not know any reputable sources for anti e's such as Nova or Clomid. I may not even need them just let me know what you think.

Nolva and Clomid are not AI's... They are SERM's...

I think you need to do more research about AAS and the drugs associated with them before you start injecting yourself....

1) Sustanon is best injected EOD, or you pretty much waste the short acting esters in the mix. If you are going with twice a week, get some test enth or cyp.
2) There's no way to know if you will need an AI or not until you do your first test run. At 500mg EW, you'll probably need something. So get it and have it on hand. Aromasin or Arimidex or Need2's formastanol (something like that).
3) Also plan out a good PCT. Nolva and clomid are old school.

What I would really do is really read up and get to know what everything does, etc. It will make your cycle SOOOOO much better because you will have less surprises.

I have been doing my research. I realize the difference between AI's such as Adex and SERM's I am inquiring about on cycle estrogen support versus PCT. I have read some posts that recommend Adex at .25 Mg. per day on cycle then Clomid and/or Nolvadex for PCT. Mt question is what should I obtain before beginning my cycle. Is having Nolva on-hand a must or just what some believe to be a good idea.

Someone send me a good reputable source for Nolva please. Send a private message if needed. I have looked into some of the online "pharmacies" listed on this site but I am questionable of them since they are based in the middle east.
