Ok guys, im new to this forum so please be kind to me
this will also be my first cycle if I decide to do it so for the love of god don't flame me if I say something stupid
So the basics,
Weight - 200 pounds
Bodyfat - 14%
Been training for about 2 years (was like 150 pounds when I started)
My diet is pretty solid
Age - 20 (21 after 1 month)
Now, since I live in Iceland and I dont have great connections the variety of steroids and pct stuff I can get is not exactly massive, what I can get is:
Test Prop, Test Enanthate, deca, hgh, tren, Sustanon, nolvadex and clenbuterol.
This is my first cycle and I have read alot about the stuff I can get, and as far as I understand, the best choice for my first cycle would be Test + Nolva at 400mg test for 12 weeks. But im not sure this is the best way, so my question is, how do you reccomend I do this, what should I use, how should I dose it and for how long. and I know the fact that im 20 is not ideal but try and look past it and give me advice on how to not screw this up
