Have been out of the gym for a few months now and its time for me to get back in. I've noticed that Ive gained weight and do have a noticeable gut that I want to get rid of asap. I want to throw on some mass but look cut and shredded as well.

What would you guys recommend? OTC supplements? What would give me ultimate results?
Would I have long term problems if i did a test/anavar stack? I need to get on the right path, need help!

Diet-Training-Cardio in that order is all you need at the moment. I would wait until you have all three of those together before even considering a cycle, OTC or otherwise. Supplements are not meant to hold up your crappy eating and training habits. When you get your diet and training in order look into the AGX supps. Amp02 and Lipoflame. Those two work as advertised.

SouthernLord,

I was looking into the LIPOFLAME and was thinking about doing that as well. How well does it work? I was thinking about purchasing the LIPOFLAME and starting off my training and diet with it.

LOL Southernlord are members able to read your post? LMAO

Bro to get to 10% BF you have to raise the bar and up your cardio and cut your caloric intake. Do you have your diet already posted for review? Link please...

No, i dont have a diet posted unfortunately. Im just trying to throw on some mass and get cut. But im curious as to do it with test and var or just go with somethin like lipoflame. I also want to know if i take test and var if ill run into long term problems.

I like LipoFlame.

Here's my take on it. Some might have a differing opinion....

Lipoflame does work, but not if your diet and training are not already dialed in. It was not designed to be a crutch for poor nutrition and training habits. It will energize your workouts and cardio. It will suppress your appetite. It will NOT magically melt the fat off of your body if you are not putting the work in the kitchen and in the gym.

My advice would be to dial in your diet for four to six weeks and when you hit a plateau in your fat loss add the Lipoflame to the mix. This is exactly what I am doing at the moment. I am three week into my diet and I have dropped water and some fat with no added fat loss supps. In a few weeks i plan to add Lipoflame and I will watch the fat start to melt off. This is the best way to use fat loss stims imo.

if you asked anyone in the world what they wanted to do this is what they answer. what they don't understand is those goals are counterproductive to each other.

so pick what you want short term, do you want mass first then cut? or would you rather get lean then slowly add mass later?

answering that question solves a lot of problems for you. when you first start working out you will achieve relatively rapid fat loss and simultaneous weight gain but this stops after a few weeks/months and then you must pick which road you want to journey down first.

What is a better route to go with? Is it tougher to cut down once you've thrown on all the mass ? Or is it better to get lean then throw on the mass?

What does your diet look like?

Who's diet?

What does YOUR diet look like? lol

I eat six meals a day. I have protein, complex starchy carbohydrates, and green veggies with every meal. I keep my saturated fat intake low, but I supplement with Omega threes and EFAs. I also cycle my calories. I have three different days I cycle through. High calorie, Medium calorie, and Low calorie. My high calorie day is right at my maintenance calorie level, my medium day is 250 calories below maintenance, and my low calorie day is 500 calories below maintenance. I usually do high, low, medium, low, high, low, low. These days correspond with my training days. I train three days a week and do cardio six days a week. This is working good for me, but my goals are fat loss and LBM retention.

It is nearly impossible to gain "Mass" while getting "Cut". It is possible to add a little lbm while dropping fat, but lbm gained will not be extreme. Unless you where on a boat load of gear and HGH.

My advice to you is to get some help with your diet and then consider gear. Good luck.
