Whats up bros...
I've been a long-time lurker on here and decided to take Swole and Needto's advice and post. I posted a few times a couple years ago to get some clen info, which helped greatly. I am 26 y/o, 6'1, 195, ~15% bf. Training off and on since high school. I've been training hard for the last 6 months. Diet has been clean for the last 6 months as well. I've been thinking of doing my first cycle for awhile now, but wanted to get my training and diet in check, and research more. My goals are to cut and add lean muscle mass while getting to around 185-190 lbs, 10% bf. I run between 2-5 miles, usually 5 or 6 days a week, and will be doing some 10 mile and half-marathons this spring/summer. I also play alot of basketball. I lift 4 times a week.
I was thinking of doing a 12 week test/eq cycle. I don't want to do a heavy test-only cycle, or put on alot of weight that may interfere with running. What do you bros suggest for a test/eq cycle, both in dosage and type of test? Also, I am not going to do anything without the proper pct on hand. For a cycle of this kind, I assume hcg on-cycle is recommended? Also, for pct, would nolva and the Primordial Performance pack be ideal?
