First Cycle, Long-Time Lurker

Whats up bros...

I've been a long-time lurker on here and decided to take Swole and Needto's advice and post. I posted a few times a couple years ago to get some clen info, which helped greatly. I am 26 y/o, 6'1, 195, ~15% bf. Training off and on since high school. I've been training hard for the last 6 months. Diet has been clean for the last 6 months as well. I've been thinking of doing my first cycle for awhile now, but wanted to get my training and diet in check, and research more. My goals are to cut and add lean muscle mass while getting to around 185-190 lbs, 10% bf. I run between 2-5 miles, usually 5 or 6 days a week, and will be doing some 10 mile and half-marathons this spring/summer. I also play alot of basketball. I lift 4 times a week.

I was thinking of doing a 12 week test/eq cycle. I don't want to do a heavy test-only cycle, or put on alot of weight that may interfere with running. What do you bros suggest for a test/eq cycle, both in dosage and type of test? Also, I am not going to do anything without the proper pct on hand. For a cycle of this kind, I assume hcg on-cycle is recommended? Also, for pct, would nolva and the Primordial Performance pack be ideal?

Thanks for any and all help/advice. I am looking for the ideal first cycle for me, and am not interested in cutting any corners with quality of products, pct, etc. Thanks again
 
first off run the cylce longer then 12 weeks .. eq takes along time to kick in

My first cycle was this..

wk 1-16 400mg test cyp ew
wk 2-18 400mg deca ew
wk 1-3 30mg dbol ed

This was my first cycle. Lot of oil for a first timer (at least for me) but had good gains and strength.

If I had to do it again I would have probably left the dbol out and kept it simple. I also didnt do my research very well on my pct so out of the 25 lbs or so that I gained I only retained 12 lbs.

Welcome Champ.I think a great first cycle would be 250-300 mgs of test,300-400 mgs eq.16 weeks is a bit long for your first but,I think you will get great results.
 
Your cycle is almost identical to my upcoming cycle. Only duration differs.

Equipoise - 540 mgs ew - 15weeks
Test e - 525 mgs ew - 16weeks
Tbol - 60mgs - weeks 1 - 6

But, i've decided to do the Eq for atleast 15weeks as my researches show that Eq is best run for 14weeks or over...

Lets hope you get the most out of your cycle :)

Awesome... I usually run deca or equipoise 2 more weeks after I finish my test nowadays. Cycle Im on now is the bomb. Biggest yet. Im expecting good gains. I am an IFPA certified personal trainer and a certified nutritionist so with that 2 cents added in I should be fine. Im running 3200 calories a day and have my pct dialed in. On my 4th week and loving the results so far
