First cycle Log 12 week Test E/Dbol

Well Im starting this thread to monitor my progress and to get any comments from other members from this site. I am just starting my second week this is what my cycle looks like

Week 1-12 Test E 500mg EW Tuesday and friday
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
Stats when i started are

Tuesday oct 13th
weight 163
5'7
BF 14%

Today
Tuesday oct 20th
weight 172 +9 lbs
BF 15%

how many years have you trained natually? how old are you?
I would say your bf is higher than 14%.
exact same first cycle I did 4.5 years ago and loved it, but did dbol for 6 weeks instead of 4, those same doses.
gained a solid 22-23 lbs after pct. and only 8 lbs (you beat me with 9!) after my first week! lol water weight!
 
Iv been training off and on for about 4 years, spent some time in the Navy before that im 25. my BF does look higher but its because im not flexing or anything was trying to take like a bad before pic lol. Wow you kept 23lbs after PCT that sounds great. hope i can do that.

Crazy shit... but I think you're a touch higher then 14%... Can't wait to watch this.. :D
 
Yeah I thought I would be as well but I promise u I took 3 readings at my local gym averaged 14.6% BF the pics dont do me justice because im not flexing or anything im even pushing my stomach out a little lol. Planing on selling the before and after pics so I was trying to look as gross as possible. I even have some funny pics of me doing some silly posses with like ice cream but i will show u guys that later lol

No offense, it doesnt look like youve worked out a day in your life! You should not be using gear. Hit the gym,diet and hit the gym even more for a yr or 2,

Also thats a horrible cycle for what you look like.

Whats your diet look like?
 
Also your WO's make no sense, you only do 3 things for back/ Give me a break and your doing chest and squats on the same day. Maybe concentrate on 1 bodypart a day.

You need to get a trainer or read or youtube workouts bro, im just trying to help, but you dont have a clue about what your doing. Is this a joke????
 
I do total body 3 days a week and yes that does include chest excersises and squats on same day. It works extremely well for my body type. So in short you have to find what works for YOU. Good luck with your cycle bro, hope you eat and train right and make great progress. /cheers

Yea I wasnt going to mention it but thats what i thought also.
I mean hell, I just put on 9 pounds muscle in a few weeks by just using this new iphone app for counting calories, which ive never done LOL

Ohh and I just started a new diet looks like this

meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 6 eggs
meal 2: 8 oz chicken, 1 sweet potatoe, broccoli, 2 tbsp peanut butter
meal 3: 1 tuna sandwich on Wheat bread, 1 apple
meal 4: 1 cup egg whites, 2oz cheese, 2 cups skim milk, WW bagel w/ PB
work out
POST W/O:) Protein shake
meal 5: 8 oz meat, 1 sweet potatoe
Meal 6: 2 tbsp PB, 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup skim milk
Meal 7: Protein shake

My guess around 3400 Cal and 245g protein
 
Ok so everything seems to be going smoothly just a quick update, this is the start of my 3rd week still feeling good I just got back from the gym and did my 2 weeks weigh in im at 176 so im up 13 pounds not to bad for only 2 weeks! Im going to post up some new pics tonight to show my weight gain progress once my roommate gets home. He's going to be starting his own cycle soon but with deca instead of test. I will let you know how that is going for him as well. Wow I cant believe 13lbs! I have also been eating like crazy but also low fat and 2 whey protein shacks a day.
 
2 WEEKS PROGRESS!!! be nice......

These pics are taken today after 2 weeks I know the lighting is not the greatest. im now just starting the 3rd week of my cycle. Not much of a change but I can tell im getting bigger, my strength is also starting to increase, cant wait to see the next 2 weeks has in store for me!

Wow sorry I never got back on here, was very busy but ill put up some pics of what i look like now after about 4 more cycles under my belt, definitely changed,
 
You had no business cycling in the first place. I trained for 10 yrs before even considering. I went from 165 lb 18 % bf to 205 lb 13% bf. A natural. I think most people dont understand this is a journey of patience. My 2 cents.

Now you done 4 cycles? You must not understand your body yet...lol...It only takes one. Done right. Then you stay ON.
