ok took about 5 wks off from lifting but kept running for most of time b/c i wanted to drop some body fat before my first cycle... ok well i'm down to 183 8% bf and i've been lifting for a little bit now. So i was wondering if I should just stick to my original plans:
d-bol - 30mg ed - 5wks
deca - 300mg - 10wks
omna - 500mg - 10 wks
proviron - 25mg ed - 10wks
clomid (post-cycle)
or
deca 300mg
any suggestions?
