first cycle...kinda scared

Im almost ready to do my first cycle of test and deca, 500mg test a week, 400mg deca. Im really worried about sides and do not want to develop gyno. Anyone have any suggestions or precautions for me to follow? Any input would be great

You should probably hold off for a few more months maybe even a year or so.
 
If you are worried about gyno, then that is kind of a shity cycle in my opinion. Not only do you have to worry about estrogen-induced gyno, but by adding the Deca, you know have progesterone gyno to ponder as well. Even if you add Nolvadex, it won't matter if you are prone to Progesterone-induced gyno from the Deca, since 'dex has no effect on blocking those effects.

That doesn't mean that you will get the gyno from either of them though. Some guys are more prone to it than others. I'm just saying, that if you were "so worried" about it, then why did you one-go with THAT cycle, and two-not add at LEAST the Nolvadex to ease at least some of your worries? Makes no sense.

If you have never taken Steroids before, then you are going to explode no matter what you take bro, assuming you have a base already built up, and aren't just starting to lift because you got your hands on some juice. The first cycle is always the most amazing. So that being the case, 500mgs of Test/week(as long as it is legit Test) should be good to grow for you.
 
yeah i have a pretty solid foundation, been lifting for about 4 years, and put on about 50-60lbs naturally. Im thinking of just running the test, besides, ive heard horror stories about the deca.

You'll like the results from the Test better anyhow, I'd venture to guess brother. Sell the Deca, and get some more Test!:) Good luck either way & have a good x-mas.

First cycle, no need to put a stack together, keep it simple: 250mg test/week for 10 weeks, a good diet, proper training, and plenty of rest could yield 10-15lbs. of new beef. Save the deca for later..just my opinion...
 
IMO use the deca.

But as a first cycle keep the deca down between 200 and 300mg/wk. That will keep most the sides down.

I would also keep the Test down about the same.

I just started my fifth week. I have been using 200mg of Test and Deca per week. In four weeks I put on ten pounds. I made the mistake of taking 250mg of Test and broke out like a B****. I wasn't ready for that, but next time I'll be standing by with some meds. The deca's good because it helps out your joints and tendons. Where the test would make your tendons weak.

I have no sides right now, and I'm getting ready to switch to the Propinate.
