up the test to 400-500 and you'll be glad you did,where's arimidex?
its kinda a of pricey and i am not sure if ill need it for my first cyclei realy dont hold to much water and i am hoping my pct will be efficient
have it on hand just incase. Dont cheap out on things you may need.
Hcg is also needed if you wish to recover properly. Your pct b4 was way over killed on serms.
350/375 is plenty of test for a first run.
would i run hcg week 5 through the end of my pct and why would you x out the winny?

If this is your fist cycle, go at it with the test and see how you feel/react 375-500 is good for your fist time. Winstrol, keep it for later perhaps. You do need the adex on hand. I personally ran the adex on my cycle of sust. Make sure PCT is on hand and you need to eat clean.

W 1 - 10 500mg Test Cyp, 250 twice a week
W 3 - 9 500iu HCG, 250 twice a week
W 10 2000iu HCG, 500 four times that week
W 12 - 15 Sustain Alpha as directed
W 12 - 15 Unleashed
W 12 - 15 HCGenerate 5 caps a day for 30 days.
Have arimidex or aromasin on hand for estrogen control.
You say you don't hold much water - how do you know if this is your first cycle? Doesn't make sense. Be prepared or don't cycle. If you find it expensive, don't cycle.
Drop the winny. Why? First cycle, that's why.
