First Cycle-Journal-Open to suggestions!

Hello People.

I'm new to this forum. I've been researching gear on and off for the last few years and have finally decided to jump on my first mild cycle.

My stats are:
Age: 28
Weight: 197
Body Fat: %12

Honestly, I'm pretty fucking strong but I don't look big or defined. I'm just dense..I always have been. It's a genetic thing, every male in my family weighs about 20 pounds more than they look.

I've been lifting on and off since I was 17. I lover normal weight lifting and power lifting. I also did Crossfit for about two years. My most recent love affair with lifting has lasted over a year before that I took an 18 month break (bitches be crazy). I usually can put on mass easily but I'm pacific islander so I tend to store fat on my belly and pecs.

I've chosen a first very simple cycle without jabs. I want to see simple results in an 8 week period, take a two month break then I'll probably start sticking myself with needles. My cycle begins the begining of June.

My first cycle consists of pyramiding dbol up from 15 to 50mg then back down to 15mg over an 8 week period. Every morning I'll be taking Nolvadex to prevent water retention and bitch tits (something I'm terrified of as an islander). I've already heard the normal suggestion of stacking test in there too. I'm not comfortable with poking myself just yet...

My training regimen is a two day split. Monday/Tuesday then Wednesday off, Thursday/Friday then Sat/Sun off. I'll be doing some small cardio on Wednesday and Saturday just for health purposes.

As far as diet is concerned I'll be taking monster mass three times a day and sticking with the cro-magnon I've been doing for year.
I'll keep taking creatine, aminos, omega 3's, glutamine, joint repair and multivitamin.

"Before pics" will be posted at the start of my cycle though a good portion will be blurred to hide indentity disclosing tattoos.

I'm open to ANY suggestions other than "stick yourself with a needle" which I'm saving for my second run.
