First Cycle In A While.

Hello to all you guys on EF! Definitely wanted to introduce myself and say thank you to EVERYONE on this board. Without finding this site and lurking for a while I would have totally screwed my cycle. I knew nothing of Hcg's or PCT before coming here. My chest and testes thank all of you! Now for a little bit about it. I am 6' 1" 215lbs 13% BF. I train with a trainer 6 days a week. It would be very difficult to list my training routine as it changes every week. The body parts worked do not but the excersises are constantly different. Chest on Mon. Back on Tuesday. Legs on Wednesday. Shoulders on Thursday. Arms on Friday and Legs again on Saturday. I also do Cardio for 45 min 4 times a week. Current cycle is Sustanon 250 one cc Monday One on Thursday. Trenbolone enanthate 75mg One cc on Monday and one cc on Thursday. Armidex .5 ED. Clomid and Nova on hand for PCT. Running 12 weeks total. I eat very clean. Oatmeal w bannana for breakfast 7:30. Along with ON whey protein shake 2 scoops 48gms. 2 cans chunk light tuna in water at 10:00. Grilled Chicken w green beans for lunch at 12:30. 2 more cans Tuna at 2:30. Protein Bar or shake at 5:00pm. NO Explode at 6:00 before training. Post Training Protein shake ON whey same as breakfast. Salmon or Chicken with broccoli for Dinner at 9:00pm. Protein shake with bannana and Peanut Butter before bed around 10:00 or 10:30. Please critique and thanks again guys for putting me on what I think is the path for success.

You will need to add more omega fats to your diet, it seems you lacking omegas, at least add 1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil 3x/day.
 
Dude It's lookin pretty sold to me. The only thing that I would do differently is Drop the amount of oats by at least half, and replace it with more yams, lentils, spinach, or Other Fiberous greens. I only suggest this cause I was doing the same thing. It relly will help those veins pop out, and get your BF% to drop. As far as your cycle goes I'm not the expert. Joe D, Needto, Sweed, Radar, Southern Lord, Big Pimpin, and any other mentor here can really set you straight, but I congradulate you on having the pct on hand. And The Diet is really clean other than that. Plenty of protein is in check. How's the water? PS. What is your goals?

Thanks bro I appreciate the feedback. Will definitely follow the spinach and greens suggestion because I am not seeing the vascularity i would like. I know you may think this is bs but I am drinking about 3gals a day. 8 32oz cups at work. Take another gallon jug to trian and finish it before bed. My goal is to increase as much lean muscle mass as possible but be very cut as well.
