I'm finishing a cut and just about sub10% BF
my strength potential is starting to max out as a natty (even when not on a cut).
I'm not looking looking for crazy size, us midgets look better with more respectable mass ratios
What I am looking for is steady lean gains (I'm not rushing) and better strength and recovery. My muscles handle volume well, but joints a little less so.
Diet is very good. Most of my cals come from a variety of fresh meat and veggies and natural carb sources. typical eat around 40/30/30 ratios when felt to my own devices. Not a massive junk food fan to be honest and my missus is a great cook!
Never done any meds.
Supps are pretty basic. Multi, fish oil, ZMA, creatine and whey when i am busy and can't find time to get the food in.
No history of heart problems and any other major inherittory illnesses.
I'm aim for steady gains I can keep and a first cycle that is manageable and ideally only a few (or even one) compounds excluding pct. I'm looking to minimize side effects and bloat
I was thinking just running Ananvar solo, but the more I read, just a straight test e cycle, or a low test e (250-300) stacked with anavar is a better idea.
PCT is so much debate so please add your recommendations with cycle stacks please. Thank you
