Hey Guys first of all i'd just like to acknowledge all the pros on here that through there knowledge have deffered me from doing my first course for awhile.
Anyway im 22years old 5"10 and 79kg 12-15% BF at a guess. ive been training since i was 16. and have quite a good physique good defintion etc, but have been looking to push it to the next level as ive been sitting on a plateu now for about a year.
after reading tons of peoples cycles on here and tons of info from the pros, i had planned on doing my first cycle in september and it was going to be 10 weeks of test-e 500mg (2 pins a week). with hcg for the last 4, nolva/clomid or arimidex for pct depends what i can get. (can u get hcgenerate/unleashed/bridge in aus?)
anyway i train 5-6 days a week with mates that are on the gear so it really pushes me to get my best without being on it.
at the moment im benching 110kg incline 120kg flat, etc.
I;ve been reading alot and ive come to the conclusion that i have alot of natural growing left in me, i dont wanna jump on till im at my best.
my major question is what is a great diet to stack on weight, im an electrician so its hard for me to be eating all day and i also have no access to a microwave etc,
this is my avg daily intake
7am - 2 egg whites or 2 pieces of toast with a boal of oats/fruit
9-10am protein shake (i think its about 350cal/33g protein)
1130-1230 my lunch is usually chicken/salad or chicken sandwhichs, sometimes ill get a roast lunch at a pub or something
130-230 usually have a can of tuna or something
430- gym and a protein shake after that
630-7dinner is usually steak/veg or steak/veg/chips - chicken/rice stuff like that
i struggle hard to gain weight, ive probbaly gained 1kg in the last 6-10 months while i watch my mates put on 6-10kg. yet im doing all the same as they are haha.
anyway any help would be appreciated, a better diet plan or something, thanks
