first cycle help..

whats up everyone, names gary, i know you guys have to be sick of these threads, but before i do this i need help from the pros, i have been researching steroids for about the past year if not more (the shutdown of SSB stopped my research for quite a bit, and basically destroyed my hopes of ever getting my hands on any). anyways, a friend of mine is able to get basically whatever i need, so i think now i am going to start my first cycle.. if he falls through i guess im just screwed once again lol.. i miss ssb :( when i get it ill be sure to post up pics i need to know its the real deal

500mg ew test e - mondays/thursdays 250mg shots and for pct nolvadex 40mg 40 20 20.. was looking at clomid, but after hearing about the rollercoaster of emotions it can put you through i decided nolvadex would be sufficient..

now here is my question i was thinking about stacking it with dbol for the first 4weeks, probably 40mg ED, but i don't think the nolvadex would be enough if i stack the test with dbol, or would it be? if not i probably will just go with the test e.. but i shouldn't experience too much bloating/gyno from just a month of dbol, right?

im just looking to put on weight, being born an ectomorph the struggle to gain weight gets pretty ridiculous, eating until the point of getting sick without reaching my goals still is getting frustrating.. im 170lbs, 5'9 btw

i did pretty much that exact cycle my first time except i used cyp instead of enan. i got some significant water retention from the dbol but it's worth it in my opinion. also i only used AIFM while on that cycle and sparingly at that. i had no gyno symptoms (i'm not prone to that sort of thing). being an ectomorph myself i believe that this is a great first cycle for you to make some serious gains. if your worried about the dbol there is also a drug called tbol which i have also used with great success. check it out at steroid profiles. either one will give you a great jump start. take in enough protein, clean carbs and calories and you will explode. if you train hard that is. good luck bro, it's always exciting starting a cycle especially your first. have fun with it but stay smart.
 
That sounds like a good first cycle. I wouldn't change a thing. I think your PCT is fine as well. To meet your target weight eat about 20 - 25 Kcals/day/lb of desired body weight. One proviso...Be realistic! If you are starting out at 170 lbs don't plan to be 250 by the end of this cycle. Realistic quality gains of about 20-25 lbs are possible. Don't eat like crap but your diet doesn't have to be perfect either. Keep a good cheat meal in it as a reward for your hard work once a wk. Train intensely, using heavy weight, low reps and don't go crazy with cardio.

You need food, not steroids. When you weigh 190, then come back and ask us for help about steroids.

Until then, get on a good diet and supplement program. Calories puts the weight on, not steroids.

even if you were 6'6 and 110 lbs, steroids won't help you put on weight. Food does that.

Seriously. For someone who has the stereotypical "Hard-gainer" genes, I have stacked th epounds on like a son of a bitch.

Eat some god damn food if you want to get big.

They always reply: :I do, I eat a ton! Like 4000 calories a day."

Then if they actually go and count them out and monitor it, it's more like 2500-2800(70% of it comes from simple carbs). No shit! No wonder they can't gain weight, they don't actually know how much they are eating and assume what they are doing is a lot.

300 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat = 3700 calories. Not that much if you want to get big.

If you can't get in enough calories, you need to figure out how to make it work, or you'll never get anywhere in this world.

When I'm on straight winter bulk, I drink a gallon of milk a day on top of my food. Not the cleanest calories, but all my other calories are clean.
