Hey. I have a friend (it's really a friend not me) who is 5'11" and about 160 lbs. Been lifting for two years straight and wants to add some weight but also get ripped. I know mostly about bulking cycles i.e. test, sust, etc. and I want to give him sound advice. I was thinking maybe a deca/winny and maybe a little dbol, or primo/winny or EQ/winny. How do these sound any suggestions? I know all of these would also help him keep his gains. Thanks guys.
 
from what you listed for good cuts and a little weight gain i'd go with primo/winny, and if money is tight eq/winny is a cheaper alternative. at 160lbs he should be thinking about bulking.
 
I think a better stack would be:
W1-10: test 250mg/week
W1-10: eq 400mg/week
And then the winny either at the start, the end, or run it all the way through at 50mg/day.

Not too big, not too small, but juuuuuust riiiiiight.

That would be a awesome little cycle, don't forget the Clomid for post cycle
