First cycle (helladrol)

Hey guys i think im ready for my first cycle. A little bit about myself. Im 21, 5'11 and about 180 at 10%. Ive been training since 16 years old. Heres what im thinking:

(typed in word doc and posted it)

Cycle:
• 6 week helladrol cycle: 50/75/75/75/100/100
• Cycle Assist: Either n2guard or advanced cycle support (will preload for 2 weeks ahead of time to ensure its gives the full effect while on the cycle)
• PCT: Torem:
o Week 1: 120,120,120,90,90,90,90
o Week 2: 90
o Week 3: 60
o Week 4: 30
• Will be taken with fish oil, two doses split up 12 hours apart.
• Will have AI(erase) on hand in case of gyno symptoms
• Will be eating *a ton* since im in the dorms ill load up at the dining center with clean food and then have a weight gainer shake for extra cals, carbs and protein
• Will check blood pressure at least once per week
• Will NOT drink, going to be hard but that’s fine
o • Im open to suggestions.
Is a test booster a must for this pct? I was thinking torem would be fine but should I get DAA, it’s a good price so I wouldn’t mind adding it.

you are so young bro... its such a terrible idea for you to be running any sort of cycle... why would you want to mess with your test and hormones at that age? it just doesn't make any sense to me...

if your going to run the cycle, then run it right... don't waste a week of it at 50 mg... that's a waste... also, your pct is not sufficient at all... i will lay it out for you...

thanks for the feedback. im kind of on a budget is unleashed absolutely necessary?
 
You being on a budget and with you being so young... You really have no business running anything.

Dylan, steve and numerous other members here are experts on this shit. They won not tell you to get something if you didn't need it.

Hcgenerate will help so that not as shut down. You need it.
 
okay thanks for all the help guys... one more question, how should i be training while on cycle and pct?
 
what i meant was how many sets per body part, how many reps each set, how frequently should i train each body part, should i add isolations or stick to compounds?

right now my split is: chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders/traps

i typically do 3 exercises per body part with 3-5 sets each exercise and i go as heavy as i can with still maintaining good form.

im assuming that when it comes to frequency i should just listen to my body and see how sore i am..

Just make sure you really think about your options dude..Being a similar age to you, I have thought about running hella (and who knows what I'll end up doing) but clearly more of the more knowledgable members here would say 21 is far too young to be going the PH route.. Every now and then someone 21 posts up how they "think they are ready".. but there are definitely something you should really think about:
Do you really think you've dialed everything down (training, diet, supplements, and so on) and have reached your genetic limit? Don't get me wrong it seems like you have a solid build but you should really try to go as far as you can before getting on a PH.
As others have pointed out in other threads, the further you take your body naturally, the greater the benefits will be when you hop on a cycle.
Just make sure you 100% certain that this is the right choice for you.
 
Call me crazy but didnt he say in his bio he has been working out for 6yrs. Shouldnt he Already know how to workout whether on cycle off cycle or no cycle. Something is off here. And yea far too young.
 
Don't be an idiot. Listen to everyone who says DON'T DO AAS UNTIL YOU ARE OLDER. I did them when I was younger (18-21) and now I'm 29 and have been on HRT for two years now because I was an idiot. But it doesnt matter. You won't listen to the people with experience because you want to be huge like the bros and get the bitches. And this is the reason people frown upon AAS. Take it from me. It's not worth it. Wait until you see a decline in gains. You're at your peak (unless of course you already have a genetic disorder where you cant produce steady testosterone), so you should save until you need it.

i appreciate the input, not for sure going to go on a cycle but leaning towards it. will continue to research to make an educated decision.
