First Cycle, Getting prepared

Ok, as of now I have no gear but that will hopefully change soon.
Current Stats:
24yr old
205-210lbs (varies with water weight)
BF% ~17
Training for 3+ years now

I've been bulking for the past year from ~170-75lbs using a plain ol' compound exercise 3day split. Legs/Butt have gained a lot of mass, upper body smaller and a little fat. Would like my first cycle to add a little more muscle while I keep the diet in check to burn some fat off. Current plan is as follows:

Week 1-12 500mg Test E
Week 1-4 Dbol 20mg ED

Dbol is just for a kick start, was wondering how I should space the test shots out. 250mg twice weekly? or just one shot a week? What is the standard mg/ml convesion 100mg/ml? Roughly 2 1/2 cc's per shot? I had planned on doing just one shot a week, but this might be a bit too much. Also, was going to alternate between glutes and quads, already looked up the injection spots. Any reason I would need more places to poke?

This puts me at ~24shots maybe more, so 1 box of 25g needles with some 20g to draw should work. Would it be better for 1" or 1 1/2" not sure how deep to go on glutes.

PCT. Clomid, HCG, Nolva, etc. I know I need them, just unsure on amounts. Are these also shots, or just taken orally? I know dermacrine is being promoted, but I would prefer to stick to those compounds.

Any other reading for a newb would be nice. Thanks a lot!

Good cycle. Most guys will recommend 2 injections a week(250 mgs each)but I say one 500 mg poke is better for 2 reasons. One is so that you feel like less of a human pin cushion, and more imprtantly it decreases your chances of getting an abcess by 50%. Over the years I'd have to say that abcesses are the most serious immediate health risk posed to the majority of AS users.

Sure guys lose their hair and get acne from AS-but it won't lead to their death.

An untreated abcess can turn into a staph infection and kill you-or at the very least fuck your health up really bad.
