I have been doing my homework and have come to the conclusion that the following would help me drop some unwanted fat (5'11" 240 and about 18%bf) and start me on my way to packing on some good muscle.
Sust 500 wk x10 wks
Winny (oral) 50 EOD
Fina 80 EOD administered with my Yohimburn.
Clomid at the end
Will be doing cardio 30 to 45 min per day (running and cycling since the weather is good here)
1500 to 2000 cals. per day(excluding the cals form the protein powder), 240 g of protien
Any further insite would be helpful. Also will be posting a before pic. So don't laugh I have really let my body go.
On final note since I am in the military will this shit come up on a piss test. The last thing I want is to get shipped over to the middle east and be sent back for AS abuse.
