Been hanging around awhile just scoping the boards to get familiarized. I am interested in doing my first cycle for two reasons. Yes, I want to get bigger, and I want to improve speed/strength for athletic performance. I do 7-10 triathlons per year, most of them as a part of my training plan towards my 'A' race of that year. I train an average of about 13 hours per week split between swimming, biking, running and lifting. My lifting accounts for less than two hours of that (with the exception of september-december when I lift more and less cardio). My strength in the gym is maxed under my current training and it has remained the same for the past 2 -3 years.I am 33yo, 234lbs., 14.6%bf. My diet consists of 6 meals per day for a daily intake of 4000-4500kcal per day. Those calories are roughly 65% carbs (700-750g), 15% fat (70-80g) and 20% protein (200-250g). Most of my training is not even in building and I swim at a local pool--no gym. I lift at home. So I am not connectd to any group that has any knowledge of or any help with aas. After researching and reading, I am considereing the following cycle--your feedback is much appreciated...
