first cycle for a competing strongman

hey guys,

im 24 yo, 6'2" 303lbs, 18%bf with 8 years of solid training under my belt. Im a competing strongman eager to win nationals and earn professional status, however i have yet to take aas. My goals are obviously to get stronger, with out becomming a blubbery fat ass. I consume 6-7 meals per day consisting of complex carbs and lean protein, not sure how many calories but i know its a lot. Based on my research i think ive found my first cycle...tell me what you guys think,

week 1-10 500mg test e
week 1-3 25 mg dbol ed
week 12-14 50 mg clomid ed
aifm from ag guys through out

any feedback would be great

(question, would i continue aifm through pct as well?)
 
Looks good to me.
I would run the dbol another wk or 2 and maybe throw some HCG in at the end.
 
You can become pro w/out the gear. I personally know some guys who have made it. Your first cycle will make you GROW! Don't think that you will need to increase mg/wk just because someone else is doing 1000mg/wk.

Train smart, recovery will be amazing! Say "Hi" to Dionne and Willie for us.

If you get the chance, try to talk with Phil P. He is a great guy and he knows how to "push" the rules in every event.

AG-Guys doesn't sell AIFM, you'll need to get that from anafit. Yes, you should keep taking it through PCT, although at a lower dose. You might want to look into HCG, too, to help with recovery.

It's a solid first cycle but if you've never used Dbol before then you might find that you don't like it.
 
I have to disagree at first glance w/ eveyones dosing suggestions simply because we don't know what your blood work looks like. For me 800mg/wk is a good test dose, but my natural levels are dog shit. Some do great on 500 - I coast on 500 (hrt).

What Blut said on Dbol...... I take it, but take small doses as the lower back pumps will end a training session. That is just me - seems like 25mg/day is my max.
 
The lower back pumps and shin splints from dbol are crippling for me and 10mg ED is about my max. Any more than that I have to quit it after 1 to 2 weeks so I rarely use it.

Other people have reported lethargy and anxiety attacks on dbol. Some guys munch them like tic tacs, though.
 
looks good bro...and we all appreciate that you did some research...so many motherfuckers dont do shit and ask us all kinds of awful questions...anyway...l like test for a first cycle...like you have proposed...dbol is a good kickstart...maybe use a finisher like masteron, primo, var, or winny to help solidify your gains at the end...but for first cycle...test e is perfect
btw, im a fighter...before every fight i do halo at 20mg ed for 10 days....45mins pre fight i take about 1/2 mg of cheque drops....500mcg's....talk about androgens...that shit makes you strong as fuck...just something to look into for the future

same here, but i could live with that-- I bloat like a mofu and of coarse bp rises fast,, no ai controls it 4 me either and thats just at 15-20 mg a day
