Ok guys this is my first post and looking to do my first cycle.
Background: I am 27 y/o 5'11'' 198 lbs about 12-13% bf having been working out for 3 yrs and in that time had a few lapses. Just got back into the gym after a 3 month hiatus.
Diet: Currently just eat when I am hungry and dont have a regiment i work shiftwork so its hard. But I dont plan on starting cycle for a few months and will DEF have my diet all ironed out before then.
Plans: I currentl have a ten week cycle of Test-E amps sitting here staring me in the face. Is this a good first cycle? I dont have a good source AT ALL so even if i needed something to stack with it it will be VERY difficult for me to get my hands on. Also I have an idea on PCT but need a regiment for it.
I guess basically what I'm looking for is general advice on my cycle, what AI if any should be used with it, and PCT.
Oh and my nips have always been a little on the puffy side (only a little, noone else has ever said anything but i know it) so gyno is def a concern along with keeping my gains for summer.
