First cycle EVER!!!!

Would just doing dbol for my first cycle ever, be cool? Or would it be a good idea to stack with something else. How much clomid or nolvadex should i take afterwards? I've seen many mixed opinions, but I will give it one more try. I have been BB for a few years....natural. But wanna try juice to help out a bit. My diet is great and so is my training. Just wanna start somewhere with AAS! HAve a good one!

Take these first three responses and delete this thread before you get ripped like I did the first time I hit this site two years ago. You might try and get some books in addition to the search engine on htis site. My fave just for getting the basic effects of some was "Chemical Muscle Enhancement" but there are many more I havnt even got to yet.

dude, flaming or not, here's my advice.

I wouldnt do dbol on its own as mainly bloat and how long are you planning on doing your cycle.

I would suggest for first cycle, a dbol/sus stack:

wks1-3 dbol 30mg/ED kickstarts cycle
wks1-8 sustanon 500mg/week

by the time you come off dbol, the sustanon should kick in. It takes around 3 weeks to see effects of sus.

Follow up with a good post cycle recovery or else loose your gains. I assume you have that in place. In cases of gyno problems, have nolvadex on hand!!!!
You only take nolvadex when gyno occurs then its 25-50mg/ED until it disappears.
You can use clomid for recovery but personally I'd use HCG, tribulus, milk thistle, avena sativa and creatine combo!!!! Keep protein, calories high during cycle, anyway, should always keep your protein high in this business.

What are your stats anyway??????

Mini Viper gave u good advise however, I would do 250 sust a week. By doing low dosage u can see if ur body is responding or not......if not then u can always the up the dosage. If u start with a high dosage then it is very unlikely that u ever response to low dosage next time around, so y make ur body suffer wen u still can get great results with the low dosage....just my opinion!
 
Dbol alone means: temporary gains, bloating and that's it. At least stakc it with something else like test, deca or primo.

Starting with a 500mg/ wk of sus might be too much for someone that has never done it. You never know what and how your body will respond to it, so I agree with Del_Piero and take sus 250.

Another combo could be sus/fina/dbol.
 
Thanks everyone for the GOOD responses. Really appreciated it. Don't respond with a thread just to up your posts if you have nothing useful to say. I did do a search and didn't find anything useful. I'm not tryin to rip anyone, but I have done some research but wanted some word of mouth from people. Thanks fellas and keep bangin!
 
Ok, so why the heck did everyone say 500mg. test enan. ew/10wks. for my first cycle? Ohh, yeah I'm 300lbs. lol!!
