First cycle ever

Please don't be too critical. I want to run an 8 week cycle of tren a and test prop. I'm 26 and have been training for about 5-6 years. I'm 5'11 240 and probably about 20% bf. Hate doing cardio but am starting to incorporate it in my routine again. Any advice on the cycle and pct? Thank you

First, tren is a horrible idea for a first steroid cycle. Tren is one of the strongest steroids and really harsh in the way of side effects.

Second, you should not start a steroid cycle until you are at least 10-12% body fat. Running a steroid cycle at a high body fat percentage is going to put a lot of stress on your body and it's actually counterproductive because the higher your body fat percentage, the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen.

I would hold off on starting a cycle until you have your diet and training down first. If you want to supplement your diet and training with anything, look into SARMS. Particularly the SARMS triple stack. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

SARMS will directly increase fat loss, recovery and endurance. They won't provide the same muscle building properties as steroids but they are way superior to steroids for fat loss.

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of aromatization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

1. Add aromasin
2. Add cabergoline
3. Have a good pct outlay before you even start your cycle
4. Cut down at least to 12-14%BF before you hop on gear

For a first cycle it is best to stick to testosterone solo. First of all, since it is your first cycle, your body will be hyperresponsive to testosterone, so you will get very good results as is. Secondly, in bodybuilding it is best to be gradual, and not start off with the heavy artillery - better prepare a good basis for the more serious compounds, so that you will be able to get the best of them.

Finally, trenbolone is not only extremely powerful, but it is also extremely harsh in terms of side effects. Therefore, only the experienced ones who already got to a plateau should use it, but definitely not a newbie who did not run a single steroid cycle before.

Post up your diet! We can really get a good idea where to help you once you do that. Tren is the worst thing you can do for a few reasons....it is your first cycle, you are at 20% body fat, and you are afraid of carbs. Lets get the diet in check first. As for the cardio. If you really hate it just switch up your lifting to high intensity, high volume training. Do very low rest between sets with really high reps. Anything that keeps the heart rate up is considered cardio in my book!

I basically just watch my macros. About 200g of protein 175-200g of carbs and about 100g of fat is what I aim for. I slipped up for about a month or two which happens every other month or so and I just maintain my current body fat. I hate the cardio but I can make it work. I don't have set meals really because I have two kids and a wife. They don't want to eat like me and feeding four people two different diets is a bot expensive, that's why I just count my macros.

cardio tip: I hate "traditional" cardio too, but i jump rope. i do 30-45 minutes of what i call jump rope sprints:
1m jump rope
1m plank
25 push-ups
1m rest

i vary the planks & push-ups each set or else i get bored. i do this over & over for anywhere from 20-45 minutes depending on my energy level. i usually do my cardio totally independent of weight training. usually on empty stomach first thing after i wake up.

my bf dropped from 22 to 15 in about 9 months doing the above cardio; and of course a big change in diet; chicken breast all day long every day of the week.

this all before i started seriously training. bf is now between 10-12. started my first cycle earlier this year.

all this stuff works, but be gradual and patient w yourself. the progression is almost as cool
as the results

the other guys talking about sarms are right too. i swear by cardarine gw-501516

good luck & keep posting

Thank you. I'll include that in my routine. I have to go to the gym at 4am to fit it in my schedule which isn't a problem cause it's like starting the day with 2 hours of therapy but after a couple hours I don't feel like doing cardio so I do my cardio in the afternoon now. I've been doing hiit on my treadmill for 15 mins with a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down for about the past 4 days but it would be nice to switch things up too. I started lifting about 5 years ago, I was 270 when I started, pretty much all fat and have put on a decent amount of muscle in that time, but now I want to see more definition.
