25 years old
180 lbs
6ft 1in

Diet:
0630 - Protein/Pre-workout and Gym
0730 - Eggs, bacon, biscuit and rice, oatmeal, fruit
1000 - Protein bar/Shake
1200 - Chicken or beaf, rice or noodles, green veggi
1330 - Protein/Pre-workout and Gym
1500 - Ham/Turkey, rice/oatmeal
1800 - Chicken or beaf, rice, green veggi

Workouts
Kinda iffy here in the mornings. I work out with a lot of different people in the morning so this changes from day to day. The constant is cardio on Mondays (in the morning) either a 3+ mile run or spinning. Lifting is similar to Mountain Athlete.

T - Chest/Bi/Abs
W - Back/Tri
Th - Delt/Traps
Fr - Chest/Bi/Abs
S - Back/Tri
Su - Rest

Any input would be appreciated. Getting my test checked in a few weeks to see whats up. I don't think it'll be a problem to get Test from the doc, but I'm not worried about it for this first cycle. My neighbor is also in Taiwan til May so either way I can get my hands on it reliably. Thanks in advance.
 
Day one - 176.7 lbs
Started with Chest workout cause it's my favorite day. Probably all in my head, but I upped my max 5 lbs and was able to work through fatigue very well.
 
subbed as well.. Id try to cut the excessive fat after your workout.... eat it before you workout so you a have more calories to burn in the gym....
 
I'll see what I can change around. I don't really have time to eat that much before my morning workout but I'll work on the afternoon. Thanks for the advice. I'm also trying to eat less than 5x meals now. Talked with zedhed and he suggested I eat 3 large meals because my motabo is stupid fast.
 
Weighed in today at 172 lbs. Kind of annoyed that I keep fluctuating between 170-180 for the past few years.

Did some bench press after my workout today
1rm = 195lbs
3rm = 185lbs

I feel like its a little early to post improvements. I wont be dead lifting heavy this week because I have something to do this week but I'll post up the rest of my stuff at the weeks end.

New workout is still in the works.
