First cycle ; Deca-d...

Hey guys
I was hoping i could get some info from some of you experts out there. Before i go any further here are some of my basic stats
22 years
155 pounds
5' 9"
Bf ~ 15%
have been working out for three years(had a trainer for my first year) ; 4 day resistance/3 days cardio.
I have decided to try my first cycle of AS in a few months from now. I have done some research and it seems my best bet for my first cycle would be Deca durabolin. My reasons are that i have begun to thin up on top, and i would also like something that i can use in smaller doses for a longer period of time.I believe Deca-durabolin will do the job for me. My question is if it is possible to take deca and an anti estrogen on there own? From the reading i have done, its been recomended that deca be stacked with test, but once again i dont want any more hair falling out because of the testosterone. I understand this steroid greatly inhibits testosterone production, but im thinking i will just deal with the side effects for a few weeks, assuming they are reversible? Thanks in advance for any help!
 
you did research on aas?? if you did you would know the answers to your questions, and that deca for a first cycle is a bad choice.

I still say you can still benefit from at least 2-3 more years of solid training and diet... Diet, no mention of that, what does that loook like? what kind of diet did your training put you on, if he put you one one, which is probably what happened. You CAN gain a lot more naturally.
 
You obviously havent done much research because spending an hour in this forum researching you would find out that no one recomends anything other than test only for your first cycle.. also what are you doing starting a cycle at 155 pounds? I was 149 pounds when i got out of jail after a year i had lost ALOT of weight (they dont feed you shit). Just from eating right and working out hard i put on 21 pounds in 5 months! Im your age and samed height i really think that you should start eating like an animal and training harder before you start a cycle! Being only 155 you are obviously not eating like you should be! You should set a target weight and make it to the target weight before you start you cycle. I set my target weight for 170 and spent a few hours in these forums everyday for 5 months researching. Even starting a cycle at 170 i am jumping the gun im sure i could put on another 20 pounds or so if i kept dieting and training for another year and im probably cheating myself by not reaching my natural potential first...
 
Spend your money on hiring a trainer who can also help with your diet, seems like you need to eat more and better to loose the BF and increase your lean muscle before you should take any AAS
 
Thanks for the replies, there all appreciated. The reason i want to start with deca is because of the hair issue. From what i have read it is the safest AAS for that. As for actually starting the cycle, i am (was? ) thinking about starting it in july or august, so i have time to make some more natural gains as well as more time for research.
here is what i eat in a typical day broken up into 5 meals

1. half cup oatmeal, one full egg, 4 eggwhites, cup of skim milk, and half a bannana all raw and blended.

2. 3 rolls fish tuna with brown rice

3. chicken breast with rice or bread.

4. same as above

5. whole wheat pasta with chicken, beaf, or pasta

most days look something like this. On my work out days one of the meals are substituted with a whey protein shake(around 300 cal).

Deca - you focus on the hair issue, but ignore all the other bad things that deca (especially deca only) cycle will bring you - bloat, total shutdown almost day one...

You need to eat more, more protein and more healthy fats. And if you want to grow, cut down the cardio, and only do the cardio right after a weight lifting session. And lift hard and heavy.
 
You should start every day with 30 g of protien as its good to start your liver, if you don't your body will take it from muscle. If you want to gain lean muscle quality slow release protien is great right before you go to bed.
 
wow, more protein you say? I thought i was pretty good in that department. I will try to up the protien a bit, thanks for that.
Btw what is the reason that deca is not recomended for a first cycle?
