Need some opinion: I'm 26yrs, 5ft9, 150. I'm a soccer player in a competitive, but not professional league (read untested). I'm looking to gain some strength without too much weight, though, as you can see I can afford to gain some weight as long as strength follows, but it's not necessary. Given the longevity of the sport, I don't care to put on quick/cheap weight. My league is off for a few months and I want to power up. Here is what I have in mind, commentary would be appreciated:
Weeks 1 and 2: var 30
Weeks 3 and 4: var 40
Weeks 5 and 6: var 40, Sustain Alpha
Week 7 SA, Liv52
Will run the whole thing with liv 52 buffer one week in advance(speak up if there's something better).
Will also have glucosamine/chondroitin before during and after for ligament/joint support because I'm not interested in getting injured due to strength gains in a cutting/running sport.
I could run less on the var, but I'll have enough for this cycle regardless, and from what I've read, no one thinks much of less than 30mg ed unless your a fem. But if anyone has any ideas on the dosing sound off.
I'm mostly wondering about whether I should ramp up or ramp down the cycle, whether or not SA is sufficient PCT or if i should get clomid and if there are better liver support and joint support supps I should use. The sport requires great cardio, strength and flexibility so if there is anything I can do to repair the lipid, hpta and liver profiles better let me hear it.
