First Cycle AS choice

I'm going on the assumption you've been working out for a while and are at least 25 years of age and have reached the point that you've presumed you may come to but have avoided. (smart). If you are sure, then the most common first cycle is test, deca, d-bol.

Start with low dosages because the gains will be substantial. If you go with high dosages the gains will not be any better and future use will require high dosages. My first cycle was sus250 and deca for 8 weeks with a gain of 22 lbs keeping 18. Not bad. Post cycle therapy is very important as well......Do your homework.
 
i would say for ur first cycle, use only one substance. maybe 250 mg sust for 8 weeks or 300 mg deca 10 weeks or maybe 300 mg test. more u use more u have 2 use next time. remember that. i would say use just 300 mg test cyp if u can get it if not use entanthate

Sorry, I forgot to include stats:

1 - Age - 40 yrs old
2 - Lifting History lifting over 10 yrs
3 - Height 5' 5"
4 - Weight 187 (yeah, I'm short and thick...)
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...) around 16%
6 - Diet around 3500 calories/day
7 - Goals - to break 200 pound bw barrier
