So I'm a 22 Year old that weights roughly 200 pounds , BF is at 20% And I Could lower it drastically , but at this point I am not willing to lose most my muscle to lose some fat.
So anyways, I've been on these forums for a while now, just reading up and learning new information. I think in 2 months I will finally be ready for my first real cycle . ( Did Methyl 1D + I-GH1 before but those are pros)
Diet is solid, been using the Anabolic Kitchen for a while now and to be honest I love it... could not cook for shit before, and now I can make food that's healthy, and actually taste good.. Getting close to 4k Calories a day, 320G of protein.. not sure too much about carbs and fats but should be in check.
Anyways, I am not looking to look too big at all, I just need something that will give me some solid dry gains , with the least side's because it is my first time. My father is bald and I am starting to lose some hair, so it would be nice if hair loss is not a main characteristic either .. .lol
So what could I combine in order to gain some dry gains, and also shred a lot of fat, because to be honest my future career would not allow me to do steroids more within 2 years... so I definatley don't plan on doing it after a few cycles... And I would really like to keep the gains after I Stop.
Anyways, I can answer any more questions that would help anyone answer my question better, just ask.
