First cycle. Any advice is appreciated

I'm about to start my first cycle. I will have 20ml test e. Going to also get some forma stanzol and hoping to get some hcgenerate before I start. I will also have nolva for pct but from reading a lot of these posts I am having second thoughts about running nolva. Also I haven't yet decided whether to run the test at 500/week (250x2/week) for 10 weeks or to run a lesser dose for 12.

I'm 6'4" and weigh 195 now. Any advice is greatly apprecited.
 
I would keep nolva on hand in case you start getting gyno, clomid for pct..use one compound so if you get sides like headaches or acne and such then you know whats causing it
 
I'm 22. I've been working out on and off for 8 years. Now I am working out 4-5 days a week. I eat quite a bit but I'm not on a set diet at the moment. I try to stay away from sugar if at all possible. Usually breakfast doesn't consist of much since I have to work early every morning. Usually any time I get a chance I will eat something like peanut butter sandwich on wheat or something like that. I honestly have no idea how many calories I take in a day. I know that may not help much.
 
Yeah eating won't b a problem for me. I already eat a lot but I'll make it a point to eat even more. I'm taking protein 3-4 times a day as well so that should help too.

Why is it you feel you need to run a cycle already? I mean your 22, and your test levels are high. I would say if you straight out diet and the gym, you would see huge gains.

Keeping novla on hand would be pointless. He's already said he's getting forma so that will cover rmost people for any estrogen related sides on a test only cycle. IF for any reason he is super prone to gyno then he should have a strong ai like letro on hand to knock out the gyno.

That is a general rule for taking one substance on cycle, not for pct. Speaking of pct I don't recommend nolva or clomid really.

But yeah radar posted some good info. You need to have a COMPLETE diet plan already laid out before you even consider ordering any gear.
 
Diet diet diet. The gear can't just help you alone bro. Not to shoot your idea down but you can maximize much more if you push yourself as far as you can before a cycle. And a couple of peanut butter sandwiches on wheat is not a lot of protein for the amount you need for you to grow. 195*2=390 grams of protein alone. At a minimum you would need 1.5 195*1.5=292. Def chart your diet for at least a few weeks to a month and see where you are at and how far you need to go to hit those food goals. A cooking tip. Make your meals today for tomorrow. Including breakfast.

F that. I need a nice hot breakfast. Beside eggs, oats, banana, bagel, etc, take at most 5 minutes to cook.

Now for lunch I do cook it b4 hand. So say it's a monday night I'll cook dinner + whatever I'm having for lunch the following day.
 
Yeah I usually have quite a bit left over from the night before for lunch the next day. Don't want it to seem like I live off peanut butter sandwiches. Those r just snacks. But I do believe I need to eat breakfast every day. I realize how important it is. But since I already have the nolva I'll just keep it just n case I need it.

Yeah if you got it then keep it, but I'd still get a strong AI just in case

I meen look at it this way...

Forma stanzol can be a decent AI and for most people it will be plenty. However if for some reason you STILL start to get gyno that meens your very prone and need to lower estrogen a little more.

If you take the nolva sure you won't get gyno on cycle, but being a serm the novla isn't going to remove that excess estrogen that your so prone to. (remember this is still talking hypothetically).

So what happens during pct or after pct when all those receptors are now free? Bam. Gyno.

Letro is cheap. Have some on hand, hope you'll never need it, but you'll be glad you have it if you do.
 
Run a smaller dose of test for the 12 weeks bro. You don't need a half a gram of test a week to grow. I'd try and get clomid for pct man I think one of our sponsors carries it. Also look into getting letro just to have on hand in case of gyno like someone else posted AIs and ancillaries are a huge part of a cycle and it seems like ppl always skimp on that. Lastly check this thread out so u can make the most out of your cycle!

I read up on that ancient strength and I plan on ordering some today.

Still questioning my pct tho. If not nolva then run clomid? What do u guys suggest for my pct?

I don't pre-cook oats, oatmeal, banana (dont know how you cook them) or bagels. But I do boil my eggs the night before and peel them. I work long days, I usually leave the house between 630 and I usually don't get home until around 830 at night. I have a hard enough time eating hard boiled eggs as it is. So for me, like this guy i take down as many obstacles in front of me there is. Pack all my shit and premake almost everything that isnt almost instant. :Chef:

Hcg during cycle weeks 3-12 250iu 2x/week, hcgenerate along with post cycle/unleashed combo for pct along with Clomid at 25mg ed
 
I just ordered some of that ancient strength and also the post cycle/unleashed combo. I figured that'd b better for pct than nolva. If I'm wrong please correct me.
