First cycle and unsure on my PCT. please help guys

A friend of mine is going to take sustanon for his first ever cycle.
He's 32 and is injecting as of monday.
We were told nolva and clomid for after cycle but after reading some posts I'm a little unsure.

What is the best thing to take? He's going to do an 6-7 week cycle on 500 sustanon injecting mon and thursday.
If his goes ok I may inject the same stuff but only 250 a week. Is this correct or should you take something while on the roids?.
I'm not looking for massive gains just some weightloss and muscle mass.
If someone could really 'dumb down' what amounts to take, at what time and for how long that would be great.
Were looking for as little side effects as possible. And where is best to buy them? Are they pills or injections for PCT?
If I took the same amount of PCT as him even though my dose is a quater of his would it effect me? Is there such thing as too much PCT?

first cycle 8-10 weeks
500mg sustanon
1 shot monday and thursday
50mg of proviron everyday to stop the bloat and harden the muscle have nolvadex on stand by in case you get ichy nipples which i doubt youll get because of the proviron
train with intensity
and please do not over eat you will just get fat if your looking for weight loss thats all down to diet and cardio
if you do all those things the worst side affect youll get is maybe 2 or 3 spots on your body

for pct just take some nolva for a few weeks about 4 id say at 20mg a day

i think 250 is a bit low maybe go to 400mg at the least!
and thats it as dumbed down as i could do it now stop asking qustions and enjoy your cycle lol

Because its your first cycle , 250 mg is perfectly fine ..

Nolva alone is not enough for PCT IMO. better to be safe than sorry. NEVER take pct lightly. Add either hcg if you can get it or if you cant go with Sustain Alpha and HCGenerate.
