First Cycle and two a days

Hey everyone after 4 years of serious training, I am going to do my first cycle. I am 26 years old, 5'10 and weigh 189 lbs with 12% bf. I have done a lot of research and this is what I am thinking for my first cycle.

Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg/day
Week 1- 10 Test e 500mg/week (will be done in two doses)
Week 1-10 HCG 250 iu every Monday and Thursday
Week 11 -12 Dbol 30mg/day (I will have a bunch left and figured would run them from my last shot of test to my pct)

During the cycle will be taking 12.5 mg of Aromasin per day

PCT As follows
Forma stanzol
nolv 40/40/20/20
unleashed post cycle pack

Does this make any sense, am I missing anything? Is 10 weeks of test too short?

My second question is working out twice a day going to be counter productive? I was going to workout in the morning (8am) have a nap around 1 or so and then back to the gym for 6. I would get two post work meals which should be good, right? In the morning I would do my heavy lifting and in the evening it wouldn't be as intense. I was thinking of doing a 2 week cycle of two a days then take a week off and continue until my cycle is over.

Has anyone tried or heard of anyone doing this and what do you think about it?

Congratulations you're one of the smart ones according to your prep and research. You won't need the hcg until week 3, so you could just run it 3-10.

About the workout.. If you're doing that everyday, that's too much. Maybe 4 to 5 times a week. Are you thinking the 2nd workout more like bodyweight and agility stuff? That would be alright. What are your goals?
 
2 a day workouts isn't really necessary unless your stepping on stage....and even then; fatsed cardio in the am and weight training in the afternoon...

Also, no need to run the d-bol @ the end of the cycle..

Thanks a lot to both of you. Glad to hear that what I am planning on doing next month is completely off in left field. To answer your question shibs, I was thinking about doing body weight training in the evening 4 times a week. As for my goals I am looking to gain 25 lbs and hopefully keep 80% of it. Still trying to figure out if I should continue to train and eat like I will be on cycle during my pct or should I tune it down. EZ_E yeah I get why I should drop the dbol, it would just be waste at that point with the test e already doing its thing. Thanks for the feed back I do appreciate it.
 
Another question...Do you think I should lower my bf before I start this cycle? The reason I ask is I don't want to gain a lot of bf while on the cycle and I know that is going to be the reality, so if I want to keep my bf around where it currently is should I drop it down to 8 or so then cycle or do you not think this will be too much of an issue? Thanks
