This Crazy Cycle Good Idea?
Hello,
My first post. I'm getting ready for my first cycle and am hoping to get some last minute opinions that I'm on the right track.
I'm 32, 195 pounds - an experienced athlete, but my BF is kinda high right now (17%). I'm prone to injury (bursitis, shin splints, tennis elbow, tendinitis), so thought I'd try a modified version of George's "The Virgin" cycle in his encylopedia.
I'm currently recovering from a costochondral separation (separation of a rib from sternum cartiledge). I understand that one can get back to work once the pain from this kind of injury goes away. I should be good to go next week.
I've got the gear and here's what I plan. The idea in mind here is to strengthen my joints and tendons, help facilitate the healing of my injury, and prepare myself for a 2nd building cycle:
Week 1: EQ 200MG, Sust 250MG, MWF Win 50MG
Week 2: EQ 200MG, Sust 250MG, MWF Win 50MG
Week 3: EQ 300MG, Sust 500MG, MWFS Win 50MG
Week 4: EQ 300MG, Sust 500MG, MWFS Win 50MG
Week 5: EQ 300MG, Sust 500MG, MWF Win 50MG
Week 6: EQ 300MG, Sust 500MG, MWF Win 50MG
Week 7: EQ 200MG, Sust 500MG, MWF Win 50MG
Week 8: EQ 200MG, Sust 500MG, MWF Win 50MG
Week 9: Sust 500MG
Week 12, 13, 14 clomid every day
I understand Sus is self tapering, so I left one week of just that alone on the end for further bulking. I would plan to work on general strengthening stuff for weeks 1-4 and then go for mass building exercises on weeks 5 through 9. Then on weeks 10 onward, I'd cut down a bit and just work to maintain.
Throughout I'll eat tons of protein, vegetables, and healthy fats (no starches). I'll also take multi-vitamins throughout and some chondroitin, glucosamine, and MSM during the first 4 weeks to improve the strengthening of my joints, cartiledge, tendons, etc.
What do you guys think? Just want to get some reassurance that this is an intelligent plant.
After this, I was thinking to take 8 weeks of the stuff and then do just one more cycle -- a big one for building mass (like DECA+SUS for 10 weeks).
Thanks,
Roger Jr.
