the whole calorie counting thing is a huge ruse. I don't believe in it

2 slices of pizza and 10 diet cokes are 550 calories
1 cup of raw almonds are also 550 calories

don't believe what the cookie cutters tell you about counting calories, that has been done for the past 30 years in America and look at the results.. the junk food companies love parroting this nonsense to get you feeling okay about eating their junk
