just got my hands on some bayer testoviron been a while but back to the plunge! wanted to start off easy.. help me out brothers my mind is foggy

1-4 Anavar 40mg
3-10 HCG 500iu split between 2shots
3-10 Adex .5 Ed

Lower the dosage of Arimidex bro, I would start with .25mg EOD and work up from there; that should be plenty to keep levels down. If I suppress estrogen too hard I have found that it makes me feel tired and slows my gains dramatically.

Nolva is not a PCT!!

do some research on post cycle and unleashed great pct and blows away the old school nolva / clomid usage

def. lower the adex you would be surprised at how little you really need.. you can go w/ a liquid product to make dosing easier
