first cycle after 5 years off -- test/tren/eq/primo -- help wanted

Background: I am 35 years old, 6'1", 200 lbs and 12% body fat. I have been training off and on for the past 12 years. I did about four 8-week cycles between the ages of 25 and 30, and at my biggest, I was 230 lbs, 16% bf. I injured my shoulder in 2003 and haven't been able to lift heavy since then. I had two surgeries for my shoulder in the past 12 months -- they have helped, but I still don't have complete strength back in that shoulder, which means I can't really lift heavy anymore.

My main goal now is to get lean and hard and finally see some abs :) I would also like to do what I can to accelerate my shoulder recovery (or at least not cause more injury). Adding 5 lbs of muscle would be nice, too, if possible, but because of my shoulder surgeries and my age, I am no longer interested in super heavy lifting or getting huge.

Cycle: I have access to test enanthate, boldenone undecylenate (eq), primobolan enanthate and trenbolone enanthate, and I would like to do a 8-10 week cycle. My earlier cycles were test or deca based, but I don't want to use those here because I got incredibly bloated. I have heard that boldenone (eq) helps rejuvenate tendons, so I think I want to include this in whatever cycle I end up going with. Right now, I am thinking of one of these:

* test @ 250mgs/wk, boldenone @ 200 mgs/wk, tren @ 75 mgs/EOD​
or
* primo @ 400mgs/wk, boldenone @ 200 mgs/wk, tren @ 75 mgs/EOD​

I will also be taking Hydroxycut throughout the cycle.

I can't tell if this is more than I need. If I can get good results with lower dosages, I would definitely prefer a lighter cycle (because my goal is to lean out, I haven't been on in 5 years, and I am getting older, I don't want to over do it.) I am particularly concerned about the tren b/c I have heard it shuts you down pretty hard, so I plan to use HCG for post-cycle therapy.

Training & Diet: I will do cardio on the elliptical 3-4xs/week @ 30-40 minutes/session. That gets mind-numbingly boring, though, so I will probably mix in some jump rope 1x/week, too.

For training, I will lift 3-4 days/week, doing a push/pull/leg split. Reps will be in the 8-12 range.

My diet will be protein (45%)/carbs (45%)/fat (10%), total daily calories 2500. Protein will be at ~275gms/day.

I just came of a 5 year hiatus (sp?) as well and did a test e/tren/winny after being back in the gym 8 months. The tren I had from before the 5 year break and tuned out to be no good so ended up test e/winny. Diet was in check and 30min cardio 5x week went from 200 to 215 and lowered bf. I still have another 15 or so lbs to lose so in march i'll start a test p/tren/mast combo. It's amazing how your muscle memory will kick in and you should be back in shape this year.

Thanks for the encouragement. Any thoughts on the cycle I am planning or what supplements I should use for fat loss?
 
For your goals a test/tren cycle would be best - but your dosages are on the low side, and injection frequency is off.

1-10 Test E 500mg/week
1-8 Tren Ace 50mg ED

Note on some other things - EQ does nothing for your joints - That is a nandrolone
(Deca).

Screw the Hydroxy cut, get some Clen and T3. If you can't get that go over to anafit and get their fat loss stack.

Get your diet dialed in and you will see the results you are looking for.

Thanks bro. will I need definitely need test @ 500mg/week? That was a dosage I used on my first bulker, which gave me great gains, but since I am primiarly looking to cut, I was hoping I could get away with less of the test.

Diet dictates wether you are bulking or cutting. Run what I told you and you will have the results you are looking for assuming diet/cardio are dialed in.
