Ok guys I'm jumping into my first cycle, Im going to be doing 40mg Var ED and 50mg WInny EOD for 5 weeks, to keep my sex drive I might throw in a little prop or 4-AD as needed. I'm a college sprinter so I'm doing this cycle for strength and decreased bf. My concerns are what to do about winnies devastating effect on cholesterol. Besides my track regimen I will throw in 3 20min hardcore aerobic sessions a week. I'll take ALA and milk thistle. My diet is going to be 40/40/20 with an emphasis on all my fat coming from flax oil, most of my protein coming from soy and whey, and my carbs coming from low glycemic sources (except after working out). What else can I do to help out my cholesterol?
