First cycle advice?

First off this is my first post so hello everyone. My names Matt, been training naturally for two years currently working off a 3 day 3x5 strength program and I've recently decided to try AAS for performance increase, also I have my personal trainer assessment on 1st feb so a little extra size would be handy for job prospects.
I'm 27, 5 '11 about 175 approx 14%bf. After a lot of research I decided on Test. Enanthate for 10 weeks. I have two 10ml bottles, enough for 500mgs per week, split up between mon and thurs. I hit up my first injection on thurs night which went fine... Need advice on a couple of things if poss... I've read that 4-6 weeks is the usual 'kick-in' time for this compound so in the meantime I'm content to stick with my usual routine, just wondering what I can do to maximise gains when it starts to work... ie how much rest is usually required between heavy squatting days while 'on'?
Second question is related to gyno :stilleto:... I have a minor case of this which has been there since my teens, I've had a fair bit of itchiness and general discomfort in this area since early hours of sat morning, I've taken 50mg clomid yesterday and today but symptoms persist.... I'm trying to obtain tamoxifen arimidex or masteron to help, unsure whether or not to put off an injection tomorrow in case I find it hard to source, what do you guys think? I'd appreciate any advice.
 
If your usual routine consists of killing it until your muscles are begging for mercy, then yeah continue with that. Don't wait 4 weeks for it to 'kick in', this is a stupid way to think. You should be working too the limit every session, then the anabolic steroids give you that extra edge.

I personally do pushing, pulling, legs, then rest. Then rinse and repeat. Then my legs are ok to squat by the next session, but i can hardly drive home from a legs session, they are destroyed.

With respect to your gyno, what did you plan for on cycle control? And what is your pct plan?? Post these up now so they can be critiqued by the more experienced members. You need an aromatase inhibitor to prevent these gyno symptoms.

You should have had all these things (AI's etc) on hand, in front of you, before you started injecting!
 
Why not just start with 250 mgs? Especially if u are already getting sides. I am on my first cycle of test e running 250 and I love it. I feel great and have no sides. As for the "kick in" that's a bunch of garbage. I felt it pretty much asap. Keep your diet and training right and u will grow.

Rich_89, for cycle control I had planned to run tamoxifen if I experienced any sides, however my guy only had clomid. Looking for another source at the mo, all being well should be able to get something sorted this week. I'm planning to run clomid at 50mg per day for the two weeks following my cycle, I have enough for four weeks but have read any more than two weeks at a time can be counter-productive. I've still got a few weeks gains to reap from my current program anyway then I may switch to a six-day routine. I think you misunderstood my training intentions, I'm not planning on being lazy until it kicks in lol I'm simply interested in maximising the benefits of the recovery potential while training on AAS. If I hit targets for my current program early then I'll switch at that point.

jcmbbfuture, I initially planned on starting at 250 however a friend said try 500 to maximise the benefit. At this stage I'm planning on taking my next shot tomorrow then may drop to 250 for the remainder depending on whether I can get the sides under control. How far are you into your cycle?

I just did my third pin this past friday. In my opinion always start as low as possible and build off that. To me less is def more. You have more solid gains and less sides. If u need any training and diet tips just let me know and I would be more than happy to help. You grow at the table!

You need to get an ai asap stop clomid thats a serm not an ai. Ais are easy to obtain the research chems work just as well for me as pharm grade they are a hell of a lot cheaper. Stay at 500 mgs a week. Youll start to see weight gain and water retention early. But after week 5 youll get the rush. That does not kick in early with a long easter. Its a general sense of well being, massive strength, crazy energy in the gym, huge sex drive, and an all out super human feeling. You will no it when it happens trust me. Train as hard as you possibly can, recovery is increased so kick your own ass. Main thing get an ai and pct now.

id order formastanzol asap and drop the clomid

do some research on some different anti estrogen and order one from chemicalneed.com asap as well

the test is just a lil boost remember that.. you need to eat like a champ and train like one if you want good results from the cycle
 
Ok, I hit the gym today for my workout, Monday is normally my worst day because I tend not to eat enough over the weekend, however I've made an effort to wolf down as much as possible since starting my cycle on thurs and this seems to have paid off... got in some good squats and bench presses. I spoke to a couple of mates in the gym, seems tamoxifen (nolvadex) is one option and proviron another. I've taken your advice and dropped the Clomid. Cheers for the site Judo Tom, I reckon living in Northern Ireland it would probably take too long for an order to arrive though. I'll def keep it handy though for future cycles. Thanks for the help guys.
