First Cycle Advice

STATS:
6'1 195
22 years old.
been training 3 years.
eat 5-6 small meals a day, egg whites, oats, shake, prepared low carb pickup meals for lunch and dinner (20+ grams protein, steamed white rice or sweet potatoes).

I am really interested in taking test prop for my first cycle. (I already have 3 vials on hand).I want to get to around 210 lbs. So I want to gain 20 lbs lean muscle. So 100 mg's EoD of test prop for 6-8 weeks. Don't know if they are added benefits in taking the extra 2 weeks. I appreciate any and all feedback. Will order nolvadex before I start definitely, but still trying to grasp the conundrum of PCT. Use nolva if any side effects (gyno) start?

A little help with the PCT would kick ass.

so you're only getting like 120- 180 grams of protein in everyday? Up that to 250+
I would say to train another 2 years. Best first cycle is just test
 
Okay. I will definitely adjust my diet to intake more protein. I eat 5-6 times a day, with each meal containing 30 grams of protein. So yeah, 150-180 grams of protein is pretty accurate. If your body digest 30 -50 grams at a time, and I already eat 5-6, wtf can you do? Just eat more protein heavy snacks?
Sweed, if/when I do go on test prop for the 6-8 week cycle. What would I need for my PCT? Nolva. aroma, and HCG all needed? 3-4 days after last injection.

 
the cycle looks fine. your diet sucks. without fixing that you will gain a little then lose it as soon as you go off. once you fix your diet do this.

1-6 test prom 150mg eod
.5mg adex eod once you start to get gyno symptoms (if you do) if not dont use it.
start pct the day after your last inject
1-3 nolvadex 40mg ed
3-4 nolvadex 20mg ed
1-4 pp trs or another good otc pct

serously learn how to eat first. milk, eggs, beef, oats, potatoes, spinach, broccoli, water are all far more important tools for growth than steroids

haha ill actually keep a log of my diet. I imagine I consume in the 200-220 range.
always thought 1g protein per lb of weight and since I aiming for the 210 range, I figured I was eating properly.
3 out of 6 of my meals are all prepared by bodybuilding meal company in the area. High lean protein, healthy carb.
 
bump the protein to 1.5g for a couple weaks then bump to 2g figure out the fat and carbs you need with it to grow then go on cycle
