This and strength training will get you were you want to be. At your height and weight for ur bf to be that high you are seriously lacking a muscular foundation. You need to get back to the basics. Count your calories, make goals and most importantly you need to understand that aas will only complicate your situation. Steroids will make you hungry as hell and if you don't have the discipline to make the proper nutritional choices that could not only be detrimental (expecaly if done improperly) to your health but to your goals as we'll. One more thing dbol FYI expecaly while running other compounds will make you look like the michaland man if you don't have proper expieriance dosing your ai. It sounds like you need more reaserch, start watching what you eat make sure your getting the right protein carb to fat racio and train hard. You'll be surprised what you'll be able to accomplish.
