First Cycle Advice, I want perfection !

At this point I wouldn't consider a cycle at all. A sarms stack is as far as you should go, and thats even being generous. You need to get body fat down a bit and build a better base. Training for a year is definitely not long enough either
 
First of all I'm new here so hello everyone and op! Ok so they are rite. Before even concidering aas you need to get your diet in check and a solid cardio program. This and strength training will get you were you want to be. At your height and weight for ur bf to be that high you are seriously lacking a muscular foundation. You need to get back to the basics. Count your calories, make goals and most importantly you need to understand that aas will only complicate your situation. Steroids will make you hungry as hell and if you don't have the discipline to make the proper nutritional choices that could not only be detrimental (expecaly if done improperly) to your health but to your goals as we'll. One more thing dbol FYI expecaly while running other compounds will make you look like the michaland man if you don't have proper expieriance dosing your ai. It sounds like you need more reaserch, start watching what you eat make sure your getting the right protein carb to fat racio and train hard. You'll be surprised what you'll be able to accomplish.

Wait diddent you say this was ur first cycle??? If you've done it successfully before^ then I'd call it your second bro hahaha.

Lol yeah but 5 years is a long time. Lots of new stuff that I haven't heard of out there. So I am always open to any advice. I like reading the forums, there are a lot of intelligent people here. The ones that think they are better than everyone are the ones that I ignore. Anyway yeah I was at 280lbs but had a good core. I am 6'1". I did heavy cardio 2 times a day (morning and evening) and only trained using pyramid sets. Started 1 body part per day for 6 days then moved to two body parts, pull push method. My body fat just melted away. You are 100% correct about hunger. I used to fight hunger by eating a can of tuna with nothing in it or a spoon full of peanut-butter which helped because fat last longer in your stomach. I had a cheat day only every other week. As for carbs I calculated .5 grams per pound at first then as my body fat went down I raised it to 1.5 and it was only complex carbs. Well I did have simple carbs pre and post workout for energy and protein transport. This worked for me and dropped to 215. Now I'm back and motivated again!!
 
That's all great bro good luck I'd hold off tho, also when was ur last check up? It wouldn't hurt to get your thyroid checked because that's a lot if weight to gain back. Your thyroid is like your body's furnace, if your levels are not in a healthy range (in this case being low) you will not burn fat properly. This is just an idea it sounds like u have a good idea of what you need to doing. Now u gotta get out there and do it! One last thing really tryn hold off the juice my man until you hit your target weight, make sure you reaserch in the mean time.... Then you can go balls out with 500 mg test e and I'd forget about the dbol and hit some high dose anavar, some people prefere winny but I couldn't tell ya I've never ran it.
 
Hey guys I would like to show you a before and after pic of me. I ran 500 mg of Test E for 12 weeks. That guy Dylangemelli, and Burnthiscorpse was wrong. I went from 315 to 250lbs and feel great!! Off cycle I used Tbomb and it workalso been using Erase Pro the entire time. I'll be posting more pics as I progress. Thanks again guys!!View attachment 128103

What did your blood test say before you started? Mid-cycle? After?

How did you monitor your RBC count on cycle?

What was your OCT? What's your PCT?
